I stopped in during a delayed connection through Philadelphia and received a beautiful and relaxing manicure from Ashley G - she was wonderful! A lovely bonus was the complimentary time in the massage chair. What a great way to relax!

Worst manicure of my life. Paid extra for gel removal, no evening of the nails after using the drill, remaining gel was left in nails, I can see some of the old color on the corners. I got the express manicure, after my nails were cut the manicurist barely filed my nails, leaving the corners sharp and nail-shape uneven. Color application looks like an amateur job, horrible overall. Worst $60 ever spent. The manicurist was distracted between her phone and servicing me the whole time. Honestly surprised how services this bad can be offered. I wouldn’t spend any money here.

Had some time at the Philly airport and needed some TLC after a week of sleeping in a bad bed. Got a 30 minute full body massage from Kelar. She used the time well and hit all my sore spots. I have had longer massages that were not as good as this one. Kelar was just what the doctor ordered!

Consistent with other posts - Poor customer etiquette and didn’t do anything to make it right after two mistakes. Got put in a waitlist and then they checked us in as another guest, taking our place out of line (who knows if they charged us for the service at this point - TBD!) and afterward, let two other guests in front of us. Now we have a 30 min wait when we were first in line. We asked to be upgraded to the Be uplifted chair since it was open and available. The staff were insistent on the 30 min wait and were rude about the whole experience. They don’t know how to use an iPad to check people in.

Walking through PHL airport Terminal C , with aching shoulders and neck from a heavy backpack and found Kalae. In just 20 minutes, she massaged my scalp, neck shoulders, back , arms & hands. Thanks to Kalae, I am more comfortable and much relaxed as I board my overseas flight. She's a gem!

Zero stars! Worst service I have ever experienced. We went into the line queue and our number came up. They told us we have 10 minutes to get back and we were back in less than 3 minutes but our time-slot was given away to walk-ins that just got there. The staff were not apologetic and were very rude in handling the situation. Would not recommend and would never go there again.

The gal working Sunday, July 21st was amazing. It was very busy and late in the day she was the only staff person there. I didn’t get her name but she handled a busy time w professionalism, kindness and grace. These are unusual things these days. She deserves a raise! :)

We had a couple of hours layover so I paid for a massage in the chair. Felt much better afterwards. Unfortunately, my air pods slipped out of my pant’s front pocket, which I learned happens every week. I thought they were lost but saw them a few weeks later with findme. I called and spoke to the manager, who kindly offered to mail them back home at no charge. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, when I returned home, there were no AirPods in the mail. I tried calling and emailing both the Philadelphia site and HQ , but never received a reply. It’s impossible to support a business when you can’t trust either the company or management. I changed my review from 5 to 1 star.

wasn't able to get a massage because apparently the massage therapist pressed the wrong button on the waiting list. The staff apologized and said they would let us know when it was time, and then they didn't. I was in pain and was hoping a massage could help, but because of these mistakes we couldn't get one before our flight boarded. The waitlist software is a nice idea if it works, but these mistakes make it add stress with no massage rather than less stress with one

April gave me the most incredible mani/pedi! Not only did she do a great job on my nails, but it was an absolute pleasure to chat with her. If you have time for a service with April, go for it! I promise you will not be disappointed! I didn’t want to get out of her chair!

The only thing open was a chair massager. It was awful....much too strong and was actually painful. I stopped it after 10 mins and was charged $25. Go further down the concourse and use the real massage chairs 15 minutes for $5. Now if there had been any massage therapists I'd have gotten a chair massage but it was 6pm so they said no therapists were still available ( although it says they close at 8pm).

Would give 0 stars if I could!! Paid for an express manicure she said it’s $25 extra for gel.. I sit down and she says oh you have gel on your nails? That’s an additional $15. I ask for a refund I don’t want to spend $80 on a manicure and she says no refund but won’t start until I pay to have gel removed

Customer service at the podium was mediocre. I was lost trying to understand what my benefits entail. Instead of asking or offering assistance, one attendant assumed you don't know how to use the remote, and acted like you might break the chair. Free chair massage courtesy of Priority Pass. At least it's available for use.

NYCK ! The therapist was amazing. I was in PHL hurting and I could only afford 20 minutes for a massage on my neck and trapeze’s area. That 20 minutes gave me more pain relief better than most of the 90 minute massages I’ve ever had. BE RELAX will be my go to whenever I’m the PHL airport

The massage was good. The attitude was meh and no water offered after. Still tipped her well. The unfortunate part - I was instructed to remove my necklace (not asked), but was OK to leave my bracelet on. Of course, I forgot to grab my necklace (should have put it in a pocket). I called and they had it, but they refused to mail it to me because it's "not their responsibility." I understand that, but just because it isn't their "responsibility," it doesn't mean they couldn't be kind and throw it in an envelope and simply mail it to me. So they get to keep my gold necklace that I have had for 10 plus years because it's "not their responsibility." Not the best customer service and definitely not how I would have handled that if I was the manager. I wonder how many people call and practically beg for a piece of jewelry that was accidentally left be sent to them? Was it really asking too much? I doubt I'll ever drop $160 on a 45 minute massage there ever again.

The customer service is A1. I wpuld give this a higher rating if I could and I'm very surprised to see the other ratings on here. My massage therapist was Kelar. She was beyond great. She has a talent with finding areas that need treatment and very attentive to your needs. She has gifted hands. I get massages quite often and now have a favorite spot now in the airport.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. Two minutes in, I regretted getting 20 minutes. What’s the point of asking my preferences if you’re going to do whatever? And she kept changing the styles/trying to give me pseudo chiropractic adjustments. Aromatherapy was nice, but definitely felt/heard her stretch the collar on my shirt. I was more tense post massage than going in. Next time, I’m just grabbing a drink. Chairs looked nice though and store was well lit/spaced. Read reviews before stopping in or have priority pass.

I thought this was a great way to relax my back and feet from walking most of the day. Nice and friendly people working. The only awkward thing is people passing but it’s calming, and feels like your own space. Now heading to my flight relaxed…. ✈️

Priority pass gets you 30 minutes in an automated massage chair. During which, travelers passing by will stop and look at you and the inside of the store. You have to take off your shoes to get into the massage chair, but it’s worth it. The massage chair massages your feet and calves, which feels great if you’re on your feet all day from traveling. The service could have been better. When we arrived no one was attending the front desk. After waiting a few minutes someone came out from the back to check us in. Once we got into our chairs, the front desk was left unattended again. A few people came in and sat in chairs without checking in. Eventually a new attendant came to kick everyone out.

The woman behind the counter seemed annoyed to have to speak with me. She was busy playing on her phone in the corner, and visibly rolled her eyes when she had to walk over to the counter. I was told that no massage. Therapist was available until 3 o'clock (two hours from the current time) So basically walked all the way across the airport for nothing. sure massage chairs were available, but automated chairs are spread out all over the airport, so nothing special. If I could give zero stars I would! Don't waste your time. With customer service like this. I'd be surprised if they stayed in business for much longer.

There was one person getting a manicure and only one attendant. I told her I only want the chair massager and before I could finish, she rudely said I have to sign up for the waitlist. Waitlist for all the empty chair massagers? I understand she couldn’t walk away from the manicure to sign me in, but this set up for this spa is ridiculous. I have a limited amount of time on a Monday morning at 10:00am, when the airport is NOT busy and I’m being put on the waitlist. Terrible service and spa system.
