Just had an excellent shoulder / neck massage from Valerie at the San Diego location. I travel constantly with bags slung over my shoulder and it really got me feeling better this evening. Valerie was attentive, thorough, and friendly. Highly recommended. I just wish they had a location on the United side of the airport!

I visited the Be Relax Spa in the San Diego airport and Yesenia did a wonderful job on my manicure!! She went above and beyond and provided not only a gorgeous manicure, but also great company! 😊 I’ll be sure to stop in again the next time I’m passing through!

One of my favorite things to do is to go get a chair massage at the airport while waiting for my flight. The staff at Be Relax are always friendly and make my short stay comfortable and welcoming. I like that the chairs are fully customizeable and don't run for too long. It's always a treat.

I had Val give me my massage and she did an amazing job. I’ve been battling a migraine that was having pain move down my neck and into my shoulder. Extremely painful! She focused on those areas and I felt great afterwards. It’s been 30 minutes and still feel really good. No pain!!

Ricardo just gave me the best massage I've ever had, and I usually get them regularly at home! In the 20 min chair massage I had, he worked through years of tension from a covid baby, job transitions and chronic tension due to my working in the mental health field. I never expected such a thorough massage while traveling to visit my only sister in San Diego, but I highly recommend Ricardo. He was able to observe my tension, asked for feedback and checked in regarding my preferred pressure frequently. I so appreciate such a thoughtful and thorough massage here. It left me feeling weightless and 2 inches taller!

Neither one of the locations is ever open when I’m in the airport they never have a massage. Therapist don’t even know why they stay open at this point they’re useless.

I would avoid this place. Staff never said hello, looked up while I waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged. One customer in a massage chair another she immediately started doing a shoulder massage on. No hello, no what do you need, nada. This was on 6/10/24 11:40 am. In Alaska Terminal 2. Suggest this business teach their staff to acknowledge people waiting and ask for what they need, say something…Besides myself, 4 others were waiting in line & all left. Terrible customer service.

Camille was amazing. I only had 20 minutes before my flight started to board. I wish I had an hour where I'd stopped there earlier. Perfect collision of something I didn't know I need and something that made me feel perfect. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful foot massage here using the priority pass membership. They only had two massage therapists on site - so I had to wait ~30 minutes before being seen. I almost missed my flight because of the wait, but I’m glad I waited because the massage therapist (Rosa) was so thorough. It was definitely worth it! Everyone here was very friendly and helpful.

Val gave me the absolute best massage ever!! I had come to her with a hurt back from carrying my toddler. I could barely stand straight I was in so much pain. Just 15 minutes of magic with Val and I was completely fixed!!! I could cry I’m so happy!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

After my flight, I passed by and it looked really interesting. When I walked back, an employee asked if I would like a massage. I was really weary of the price, but he offered a demo. After that I was sold. The massage felt great! I wished I remembered his name but Thank you so Much!

Came here for a quick 15 minute massage on the roller chair before a flight. A good decision. The chair was soft and comfortable and the roller is pressure was spot on. Hit some of the spots I felt tight at and it was just overall really good. I think there was only one person working at the time though, so when someone walked up for a massage they were redirected to the other outlet at a different gate.
