I had a 2 hour sit and decided to give myself a little break. I had a 20 min chair massage. Preston is amazing. It was more than a massage. It was helpful to back and good for my soul.

WOW what an awesome chair massage! I think the masseuse’s name was Kent, and he truly understands how to work out knots - if there hadn’t been a line I would have extended the time of the massage! I’ll definitely remember him for next time I pass thru this airport

I stopped by BE RELAX during a layover to get a mani-pedi. Lachae and Nikisha took care of me and made the experience incredibly enjoyable. A great experience and impeccable work. Definitely be going here again on another layover.

Omg Keon was the absolute best at the airport while traveling for the holiday. He’s great with pressure points and has some of the best techniques of all the therapists I’ve tried over the years . I highly recommend him - try 45 minutes and enjoy!

This place is awesome. I had an excellent massage ahead of my holiday travels. I wish I’d caught the name of the therapist, highly recommend. Then, when my flight was delayed I went back to see lady Q for a manicure. She was brilliant. Nails are going strong a week later. Thank you Q.

Wow! I had a layover and stopped in to get a 20 minute chair massage from AB. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever received! I’m thinking of going back for a second one, same day- it was that good!!!!!

I got a 20 minute chair massage from Mike and it was above and beyond what I had hoped for. His touch was very intuitive and intentional, and I felt like he addressed my problem areas without leaving me feeling unbalanced. Mike was also great about checking in on comfort and my needs, and was super friendly to boot! Next time I roll through on a layover I’ll be booking with him again for a longer session for sure.

I was reluctant to try an airport chair massage but I had some time to kill and my back was killing me. I have massages regularly but never a chair massage. I was very impressed with Mike’s massage… he really worked out the knots and tension in my back. He was friendly and professional and I left there pain free. I would go back in a heart beat!

What do you do when you have a 3-hour layover in Charlotte? You visit -Asia M at the Relax Spa! She is friendly, professional and very expert. She helped my tight muscles relax during a 45-minute chair massage. I’ll look for her next time.

When life gives you layovers….treat yourself to the services available at Be Relax Spa. Stephon was an excellent host and got me right back for an exceptional Pedicure from Yuki followed by a mani. My nails haven’t looked this good in a long time! Yukon was so pleasant and we shared a wonderful conversation during the services. She was attentive to my request too. Admittedly I was eyeballing the chair massages being done by Michael so I indulged. Michael’s massage was 5 stars in the first 5 seconds. You know the kind that makes your brain tingle aka the best. So thank you to Stephon, Yuki, and Michael for making my Charlotte layover a truly enjoyable experience
