I did the 10 minute foot massage and it was really relaxing during my layover. Damion was my therapist. He was also knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions.

3.5 stars: Staff were friendly, I used priority pass for the 30 min massage chair. The chair looked pretty worn with cracks in the leather, but massage was decent. The staff didn’t mention to me that there was a $9 upgrade option for the full body luxury massage chair. Would have upgraded to that had I known

I visited this spa and was put on the waitlist at 8:18 PM. Unfortunately, I wasn’t informed that they would stop taking clients by 9 PM. This felt unprofessional, as they could have communicated the cutoff time. I hope they improve their waitlist management in the future.

Great spot to go to before your flight. Thank you Cnasia for a wonderful massage. Very impressed with how she was able to handle 3 other groups of customers (who all arrived at the same time) in addition to myself while being very friendly and professional and setting everyone up. Thoroughly recommend!

I had a lovely experience using the massage chair using my priority pass with Chase. Please note that priority passes with other banks (Amex, capital one) are not accepted here. Cnaisa was the one who warmly greeted me and helped set up the 30 back/full body massage for me! Highly recommend.

Let me stand there for 10 minutes and then said only 30 minutes before close, so either I upgrade for $9 or they won't be able to provide service. For the priority pass members, yes you can get some massage here.

The staff were lovely and kind, and the Be Uplifted massage chair was great! I had no idea how comprehensive the chair would be… It was like something out of a sci-fi with how specific it got in the deep tissue massage. I didn’t think massage chairs could tailor to someones body like that. At times I was a little nervous with how tight it got around my legs and arms, but I just had to trust the tech (I was fine, you will be too). Very enjoyable, and much better than spending the same amount on a pint to wind down before a long flight. My only constructive criticism is that I wanted a bit more explanation about the chairs settings. There were lots, and I felt overwhelmed. The staff were busy so maybe a booklet explaining these options would be good.

Had an amazing experience here. Michaels hospitality and witty personality were certainly appreciated after a long day of travel. Spa is kept clean and inviting. My only suggestion - as it relates to the other Be Relax team members: try to maintain a spa like ambiance. Encouraging customers to use lowered voices, not count change in the drawer during treatments, etc would be greatly appreciated.

My husband and I both tried the full massage chair; had full body massages and foot reflexology. It was amazing! Damion truly has studied and knows what reflexology means and takes his time to figure out what your feet need. Jackie gives a combination of light to deep massage depending on your body’s stress and needs. Both seem to really like their work and care about their clients. Highly recommended them!

Huge FYI the Be Relax in Terminal 2 does not take Priority Pass if you obtained it through Capital One Venture X or Amex

Next to gate 154, the lady at the entrance is very kind and polite. She did an excellent, energetic foot massage, which is included in the priority pass. A nice break.

No service, 1 staff member who wasn’t helpful, can’t even join the waitlist online. Didn’t have the time or patience. Not worth your time to come here they should just close this place down.

Awful front desk service. The person clearly seemed like they didn't want to talk and had no interest in working. Majority of the machines don't work and the staff member wasn't even interested to assist. I can't believe this place qualifies for Priority Pass.

I agree with the other reviews. The only person working there does not do massages and hates to be there and seems to hate any human beings. Totally not how you want to be relaxed.

My experience was incredibly disappointing as a Priority Pass customer, especially compared to those who pay directly. Despite available chairs, they refused to accommodate multiple clients simultaneously. On top of that, the receptionist was exceptionally rude.

Very poor customer service. After charging the card he informed me that there was no more slot available for foot massage even though I selected it in advance.

Horrible experience, Chris is an unfriendly, rude employee, gave the nastiest look and can't answer a simple question, please fired him. doubt his reasoning, I didn't even want to enter, if that was the lobby treatment I can't imagine the massage. I will not hesitate to avoid this place in the future.

The Google Map hour and Priority Pass App hour is wrong, the shop said they closed at 9PM. And the staff is really inpatient and annoyed to tell me the shop is closed. I understand it has been a long work day but it’s not the guest fault to arrive before 9PM and no one update any source of open hours.

A completely apathetic employee wouldn't even check us in to sit in a chair in an empty establishment. He claimed the single priority pass chair was broken and even though we were willing to pay the upgrade he completely blew us off.

Such an understaffed place and the only one working absolutely hated being there; it's a Saturday. He couldn't even answer a question. Just basically said scan the waitlist and gave the nastiest look when he hasn't even started massaging his client. He wasn't even going to massage us, we just wanted the lounge massage chair. Also, limited facilities... 2 lounge chairs at the LAX airport? Please take this off Priority Pass.

Terrible service: arrived at 10am. The store was closed even though, according to google maps and the priority pass app, it’s supposed to open at 6:30am! Weird since there was an employee (long pink/purple hair). Asked when they will be open but was just told to put my name on the waitlist (no good morning etc). A waitlist for a closed and empty shop?! At 10:30, after I asked again when they will open, the person said she had to finish something before opening. 2 additional customers waited for 15min but she was “busy” talking to a friend over a phone so they ended up leaving. Sounds like it’s too much to be true but it is… the owner put security cameras. Might be a good time to check them She finally decided to open the shop.

10/10 incredible experience with priority pass. Free 30 min chair massage or you can spent $9 to upgrade to a luxxxxxe massage chair. DEFINITELY worth the $9 upgrade. Incredible before a long haul flight!!!

Damien was amazing! He was so kind and caring especially since I had just said goodbye to my twin brother who was going off for 4 weeks so it was pretty sad but he made me feel so much better and he is an amazing masseuse and person! I highly recommend!
