I had an appointment scheduled for 11:45. I didn't find a place to park and arrived there EXACTLY 11:52. They didn't answer me for 7 minutes! And they called me saying they would charge a no show fee 5 minutes later! (as in the screenshot) If you go, be warned that they are very inflexible. I've already posted on NextDoor and told my friend group that I don't recommend the place.

Professional, caring, and affordable. While I don’t necessarily look forward to getting waxed, I always look forward to seeing Jana. She has a way of putting me at ease, and she’s a wonderfully compassionate human. Be Smooth is by far the best!

I’ve been to Be Smooth several times over the years and have always had good experiences with facials, threading, spray tans… I just saw Laura for. Yumi lash lift and was so impressed! The solution doesn’t smell like a perm the way other lash lift solutions do and I was so happy with the results!

Jana is the best! I’ve had several treatments with her, and she’s always focused on genuinely improving my skin without pushing unnecessary products, only recommending what truly works. Each visit is a pleasant, effective experience. Plus, the prices at Be Smooth are more reasonable compared to other places in PDX. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident in my skin!

The reviews on this place are legit. It was my first time receiving any treatment to my face and after having been on accutane last year and after receiving surgery on my face 3 months ago, I was nervous. Jana was so kind, knowledgable, and gentle when dermaplaning my face and took extra care to be careful of my surgery site and make sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results are also incredible! I will 100% be going back and recommending Be Smooth to all of my friends.

I have been a customer at Be Smooth for only a few months. I have had 3 different types of facials and a couple of waxing procedures. Each treatment was a different provider; they were uniformly great. I've searched for years to find a location where the treatments are excellent, are set in a comforting environment, and are provided by quality professionals. I have finally found my dream destination! The treatment prices are reasonable, the staff is top-notch, the location is convenient. I love being able to book on line. The business offers a wide variety of treatments for various skin types (TEN types of facials!). The decor is lovely but not ostentatious, which increases its appeal to me. I'm never going anywhere else!

My husband and I decided to do a his/her facials for Valentine's Day. I found this place through the askportland subreddit group. Someone had recommended it. The prices are VERY reasonable. They truly focus on skincare and therefore you won't get the shoulder, arm, hand massage with your facial. BUT you will get attention to detail with your skin, and recommendations on what you're doing right/wrong in your skincare routine. They are VERY knowledgable and it's not gimmicky! My husband and I got the French facial - 1 hour long. It was my first time getting extractions and it was amazing!!! My skin looks so much brighter after the facial. I cannot wait to return to try their other treatments. Highly recommend!

I recommend Be Smooth, Helene, and her team to everyone, any chance I get. The results are so visible. I’ve been going for facial treatments every 6 weeks for >3 years and my skin has never looked better. My goal with the facials was to get off the oral acne medications i was on that the dosage kept needing to increase through my dermatologist. I weaned off those meds while introducing the facials 3 years ago and my skin has been much improved. my dermatologist for 8 years even asked what I’ve been doing that’s been helping my skin. Also for the last 3 years, I use a ton of the products recommended and it’s made a big difference in my normally dry skin texture- I have issues with dermatitis and eczema. Helene and the staff are very knowledgeable and provide great recommendations seasonally when sometimes your skin needs can differ with changes in weather. Thank you for all you do!
