I was in the area, so called ahead to see if they were open (it was a Sunday afternoon) and if she could take a walk in for a quick trim (dry cut). She said come on! I was in her chair for 5 minutes, max. She charged $60 for trimming off 3". No taper (even though it was tapered), layers, face- framing or bangs... just a straight cut across the back. When I questioned the rate, she wouldn't look at me, just uttered "that's what we charge". She offered the chance to leave a tip... I declined, as I did with her business card.

Liked the hair cut, but the stylist was rude, answering multiple phone calls during my appointment. At one point staying on the phone for 10 minutes talking to another client about photos the next day. The appointment took 4 hours, she did a lot of talking about drama in the hair studio and moving spots in the studio. I don't understand how I paid $295 for a perm when her prices were $95 for the perm plus and extra box ($35), the sealer for $30 and hair cut for $55. I feel like I WAY overpaid for services.

Unreal. She redeemed my Groupon as a ‘no show’ when I was clearly there at the time of my appointment as she carelessly looked at my hair and started piling up extra fees (more than double of the value of my Groupon). It hurt how she was pulling my hair and she said she had someone else at the time of my appointment cuz she forgot to look at her computer where my Groupon appointment was. Definitely don’t go there. She cashed my $98 providing 0 service. That is stealing.

I highly recommend. I use to have blond (yellow) highlights that had an obvious line when my hair grew out but she fixed it. She knows how to highlight where it blends and grows out keeping the beautiful highlights without the obvious growth line. She also lightened my dark hair to a lighter blonde without the yellow while still looking out for my hair health. She educates you on hair health and she takes the time needed to focus on your hair. Noell is also really sweet as a person.

5 star, she is very knowledgeable i almost lose hope on my hair the last barber cut it horribly and do a straight color that makes my hair dry and kinda frizzy. but ms. noelle fix it, cut it and do some highlights that turns out so beautifully ❤️

Noelle did such a great job! Brought my almost 4 year old in for her first “big girl haircut.” Noelle was patient, kind, and gave my little girl the most perfect trim! Price is also very reasonable. Highly recommend. I might even schedule myself for a trim soon too!
