Was referred by my primary to Dr. Karen Kohatsu. Filled out all my necessary first time appointment paperwork work online prior to my appointment. This was very convenient. I waited maybe 5min before I was seen, major plus. Office looked very clean and maintained. The front desk ladies are very professional, kind and helpful, another plus. Dr. Karen Kohatsu Was amazing. She really took her time with me to answer all my questions and concerns. I felt she was very patient and knowledgeable. I felt she genuinely cared about my health and well being. One of the best OBGYs I have had. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Karen Kohatsu.

Poway Women’s Care is amazing! From the front office staff which is very pleasant and welcoming, to the Back office staff, everybody was exceptional. Vicki the MA was awesome and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Dr. Kohatsu Was kind, empathetic, efficient, listened to my concerns and took great care of me. I have nothing but fabulous things to say about this clinic and all the staff.

Who likes to go to the gynocologist? Not me! I have put it off for years. If you are in my shoes, make an appointment with Dr. Kohatsu. The minute she walked in the room her energy was calming. What a nice person she is. She spoke to me like I was her friend. She was gentle and efficient when it came time for the exam but spent time talking to me about my concerns. Definitely will be making my yearly appointments with her. Her medical assistant, Vicky is so nice too. She started the appointment off by thanking me for choosing to come to this office. What? Thank you for a very easy visit.

Wow, this place is legit! Super professional and kind. Love that treatment is done by a doctor. I got Jeuveau injections and the doctor really worked with me to understand the look I was going for. I got the exact results I was looking for and am very pleased with the way it turned out.

I am beyond impressed with my first of three Laser Co2 Non ablative treatment. I was a little nervous, but Dr. Kohatsu and Vicki were amazing. Numbed for one hour absolutely no pain. First day, a little red, no days off work, day 5 great results. Highly recommend the Helix Fusion CO2 and 1570 non ablative Laser and love Be Youthful Aesthetics from the staff to the amazing Dr. Kohatsu! 5 Stars

Both my wife and I visit "Be Youthful Aesthetics" for the "bioTe" treatment. The staff is amazing and kind and truly professional. Dr. Kohatsu makes the process virtually pain free. I love what the treatment does for my sex life and so does my wife. It helps out my workouts tremendously also. Thanks to Dr. Kohatsu and her team. You'd get more stars if it were an available option.

Finally a doctor and team that know how to treat a woman and our unique bodies! My last doctor wanted to put me on an antidepressant and send me to an obesity clinic. Deana knew that wasn't what was wrong. I recommend this office to anyone who wants to be heard and understood.

I have been a regular client of Be Youthful Aesthetics for the past six years where I have received PDO threads treatment and have always loved it. Have been coming here for years and seen by Deana who is amazing! I am always comfortable and taken care of by everyone, Dr Kohatsu, Deana, and staff.
