Just went for a beard trim and a men’s haircut/fade. Where do I start? If it could zero stars I would. Beard isn’t nearly the same on both sides and the fade on one side is up into the top of my head.

Got charged for the wrong tanning package ($40 more than I wanted) Was told I would get a refund and never received it. The tanning beds are decent but the atmosphere is dull and cheap. Staff seemed kinda uninterested when I would come in to tan, and have had one of them waiting by my door with cleaner to clean my bed as soon as I was done. Creepy!

Elizabeth cut my sons hair. He is autistic and has a slight hesitant fear with buzzers. She was quick and did very well with. His hair looked great!!

Nice and knowledgeable staff, clean atmosphere and sanitized equipment. Prices are good for the quality they provide, you get what you pay for and theybare good. Tanning tables are nice, some a bit beatup but its normal wear and tear no danger.

Called at 4:20pm and was able to get in right away. Kelci did a great job with my hair cut! Will be back again! The place was very clean and inviting.

Do not get extensions here. Kelci is self taught off a standard procedure technique youtube video. Youre gonna get what you get. Another lady had another type of extensions done by the and she had to come back to the owner and get hers redone too!!And you get the blame for everything wrong. You may contact me by Facebook. I'll explain everything/show to you & show you all the texts where the problems are MY fault. Too thick of extension braid, my fault, my texture of hair, the type texture of extension.....the last never ends. I'm supposed to know the procedures and techniques, thickness of hair, what hair too have Kelci order. Well, I'm.learning all at home now pretty soon I'll be better at it than anyone around. Ill have better deals. You buy the hair and bring it, you don't get charged for the hair cuz that's double charging, if I buy the hair you pay for it but get anything left over or that hair is only for use on you because you paid for it! And, your hair wont come out. Ill not gaslugyt youbeother!!!!!They can keep the hair though because she's going to.need a lot of practice. There's too much competition out there for this type of thing, she's going to have to step up the game o stop doing extensions.Toodles!!!! It is what it is!!

Don't walk, RUN. Run far from this business. I WAS a happy customer for 5 years, starting at the Allegan location. I had an issue just the one time. I bought a month tanning package, barely got tan. Spent $69 on lotion. When I used the stand up the one time, I got some great color. I showered the next day and the tan washed right off. Never in my years of tanning have I had this happen. I brought the issue to the Manager, she told me she would talk with the owner and her back to me. I tried calling and went into the salon several times to resolve this issue. I messaged on both of the locations Facebook account. Didn't even receive a response. Called again and caught the owner when she answered the phone, and she said she was aware about everything that had happened. She had not contacted me at all, though. She agreed to meet up with me the next day in person. The next day, she messages me from her personal Facebook account saying she has to reschedule for later that day. I get there, and she arrives 15 minutes late. She then spends the next hour telling me how this whole experience is my fault because of my "make up" of my body. She was rude, disrespectful, and could careless anything that I had to say. She was beyond unprofessional. She didn't talk to me like a customer, nor did she treat me with any respect whatsoever. She was so unkind it was to the point where I was almost in tears. I would never treat another person that way, and definitely not treat a customer that way. Clearly I have wasted hundreds of dollars with this "business." The most unprofessional and beyond rude owners of a business that I have ever dealt with.
