I had a wonderful experience. The owner is incredibly kind and patient. Welcoming environment. Beatrice did an excellent job on my hair – I LOVE IT! & wasn’t too tight, which I really appreciated. Reasonably priced. Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

Beatrice is an amazing braider, i’ve been going to her since i was 10, i’m now 22 and i haven’t changed braiders and i will never change! she is very good at her job and gets the job done quickly. As far as the paying before service, not my preference but it’s her salons policy so it’s all good! I highly recommend her if you want your hair done well and for a decent price that isn’t going to completely kill your pockets.

Best Braider hands down. Prices are reasonable, Mrs Beatrice is a license braider. Professional at all times, provides quality work. She does not braid your edges unless you requested and she is responsive when you contact her. She offer different hairstyles such as Box braids, locs, faux locs, kids hairstyles, cornrows, knotless braids, boho braids, sewing and the list goes on. I highly recommend Beatrice technique hair braiding 👍🏾💖 She's been doing my hair for years.i could give her 1000 stairs. When I go to her, my family and I, she always makes our day. She really a big blessing to us. Remains blessed Mrs Beatrice and her team.

Béatrice African Hair Braiding, very professional. I have being going to that braiding place, for 14 years. I am always happy and very satisfied. I always bring my kids too. They know how to take care of kids. They do in and out. The work is always neatly done. I recommande everyone to go to Béatrice. She got too growing fingers.

Today was my first time getting my hair braided by Ms. Beatrice. My mother has been coming to her first years and recommended I visit as well. She was very friendly and efficient. I love how welcoming and professional she is. I got Fulani braids and I am in love! My braids aren’t too tight and actually look like the inspired image which has always been an issue I’ve had with braiders. She also listens and ensures that you receive exactly what you want. I will be returning!!

The only reason it got one star is because I can’t put zero. I asked for small knotless braids. I received large parts with medium braids in the middle and small parts with medium braids in the front. All the braids are a different size and some don’t have color even though I asked for color. When I called, sent pictures and asked Beatrice about my hair she told me “this was her technique, and it’s nothing wrong with your hair”. I am very disappointed with the service. It took her almost 9 hours to braid my hair while she talked on the phone the entire time loud. She also asked me to part my own hair in the front. Terrible service and not willing to resolve the issue. Just wanted to argue with me. Paid $265 and if you go to her shop she wants you to pay this fee up front before you get your service.

Very unprofessional! Charged me $60 for cornrows no extensions, and took the lady 20 minutes to do. The lady braiding my hair called the CEO to haggle me for money. Tried to make me pay before starting, and they need to start letting people put deposits down as no wonder people ask for refunds…
