I really hate to leave such a negative review, I went in sometime last week for long layers and curtain bangs.. I think the women was new because she kept asking questions on what she was doing and my hair was really long and I asked her to not cut off so much hair and when I was done my hair was very chopped and uneven I was super polite and didn’t wanna be mean but once I got into the car I cried so much! It’s still not even and I can’t seem to style it right. I’m so disappointed!! It looks like I have two different hair cuts and not too mention she was super rough

I love this salon!! Beatriz did a wonderful job with my hair and gave me exactly what I envisioned! The salon itself has a nice aesthetic too 😍 I’ll be back for sure!

No one does blonde like Beatriz Chamorro. She is my go-to whenever I want to go lighter in hair color. She is extremely knowledgeable about the science that goes into bleaching and coloring to achieve my desired look, without compromising the health of my hair. I also appreciate all of the other details that add to the experience- such as Beatriz’s hospitable and talented team, the clean and glam-decorated space, and the prices are set justly for the amount of detail and attention that goes into her service.

Este va hacer mi salón de ahora en adelante. SIempre te reciben con mucho amor, serviciales y profesionales. Me hize unos highlights(rayitos) y desde que me sentaron me sentí como en mi casa. Me ofrecieron café ☕️ y snacks muy atentiva Beatriz, siempre pendiente de sus clientas. Gracias a Elizabeth por tomar todo su día en el salón haciendome el pelo, su dedicación fue estupenda, su trato fue mas de 5 estrellas. Ame mi resultado. Gracias chicas por su trabajo y talento!

Beatriz is so wonderful with my mom. My mom is 88 yrs very ill and Beatriz is very gentle and sweet with my mom. She also does a great job with my mom’s hair.

Beatriz is the best. She was honest and gave me the best escenario and what it was best for me. She did a plan to get me to where I want. She took care of me with empathy. I have been blonde for a while and my hair was very messed up. I told her all my ideas and wants, and I ended up loving my new haircut and future plans. She treated my hair with hydration treatment and it feels like I have new hair. I loved the experience and I found my stylist for now on!!

I have been coming to Beatriz for a while now and am never disappointed. Everyone in the salon is amazing and do everything they can to give me the hair that I want! My initial aim was to grow out my blonde hair, which had suffered from mistreatment and frequent dyeing, resulting in dryness. Elizabeth, with great care, assisted my hair in returning to its natural, healthy state. Now, my hair thrives and shines, thanks to her expertise. I went there to have a consult about my hair. Since the beginning I didn't like her high actitud and fake kindness but what was above to the maximum was when she told me she could do what I asked but she wouldn't be able to take pictures and upload to her social media...(lol)...I mean, who told this woman that I wanted to go any place just for taking pictures of their results on me! Of course I just got off of that place to never go back again. And I knew she is the owner cause she introduced herself like that.

Me encanta este lugar, la atención, insuperable, mi mamá esta feliz con la Sra Beatriz. Lo único es que si te quieres atender con ella debes hacer una cita con anticipacionnnnnnnnnn. Pero el trabajo es de primera calidad la recomiendo 💯 Para las Venezolanas la referencia es que ella salió como las Sras encopetadas del Cafetal. 🤣👏💯💯💯🤩🤩🤩🤩 Gracias!

While the stylist was lovely and great to talk to, I left the salon with tears in my eyes. I went in knowing what i wanted and was told I was going to get just that. Let start from the beginning I have curly/wavy hair. Going into the salon I wanted a bunch of short layers (for added volume) no length taken off (it takes so long to grow out) and I wanted face framing. I found out about this salon from my Friend who has gone here for a while now and her hair and color from them always looks so good. (Go for color but no the cut) I went in so excited to do this cut with them. I should add I am a beauty school dropout and know my way around the salon but I am the only one who typically touches my hair. So for me to trust someone with my hair means a lot. To start she reiterated what I had said to a t and I agreed with what she had said back to me. (I also showed up with clean hair with no product in it so they could see my wave/curl pattern) We then went and washed my hair, no problem there. We then went back to the chair and she got started. She started by parting my hair down the center, which I never do because I have a cowlick that causes it to side part naturally and I rather not fight it. I brought that up and she said it would be fine. She proceeded to cut three layers with blunt cut scissors meant to take of length. and she cut my bangs (I did not ask for bangs) Then she put heat protection in my hair and start diffusing it. She did not even dry it all the way (I think she could see how bad it looked and didn't want me to realize till I had already paid) My hair is a wreck and I have never been so self conscious about it. I now need to go to a different salon to try to get this fix before an event next Sunday.

Normalmente no dejo malos comentarios ni me quejo y por eso me tomé tiempo para decidir si dejarlo o no. Encontré el salón por internet y me decidí a ir a probar por los buenos comentarios que tiene. Llegué y pedí específicamente a la dueña que me cortara solo las puntas y lo menos posible. Cuando me preguntó cómo quería el corte le dije como lo tenía, en capas largas, pues solo quería corte de puntas . Ella me contestó que no pudo ver cómo lo tenía , le expliqué que capas largas. Otro comentario que hizo que me dió inseguridad fue que a la señorita que le estaba enseñando técnicas le dijo que sus mejores cortes eran en pelo seco (mientras me cortaba en pelo mojado) El punto es que terminó cortando la mitad de mi cabello, yo en el momento no dije nada porque no podía darme cuenta cuánto había cortado . La señorita que me secó el cabello me dijo "no te cortó mucho. Te dejó el mismo largo , solo las puntas " para mí eso es gaslighting. En el momento pensé mmmm creo que si cortó de más pero no se ve mal. Realmente el corte no es feo pero ahora que ya veo mi cabello y tengo unos días así me doy cuenta que me cortó la mitad de mi cabello y estoy muy triste pues me cuesta mucho que crezca . Nunca regresaré pues se me hace una falta de respeto y ética que pidas algo y salgas con lo opuesto.

Super!! Encantadoras! Excelente servicio! Dominan su trabajo muy bien. Gran conocimiento de lo q hacen. No es fácil entregar el cabello y allí se siente la confianza de recibir un buen servicio.
