I normally go here since I moved to Salisbury (4 years ago) and it is hit or miss depending upon who does your nails how they look. Today was super busy there and Kathy did my nails. Normally she does okay…but she was more worried about everything else than doing a good job. My nails are chunky which I hate and they are filed uneven. This is the worst they have ever looked….and no way will I be going back. I am done with this salon.

JAKE IS AMAZING!!!!! He is super nice and very easy to talk too. He takes his time and thoroughly checks over your nails. I leave happy every single time. Go see Jake!!

Fill in service today. Everything went well. Left with different color than originally wanted tho, it's growing on me. Love the fall vibes just very orange. One critique I see is the buffering the top coat on the design nail seems to have edges and is kinda bumpy. One nail seems slightly crooked as well. Will be returning

RUDE! I WALKED IN AND THEY "ASSUMED" I COULDN'T AFFORD THEIR $65 NAILS. TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T DO THE MEDIUM LENGTH I REQUESTED, 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES CAME TO STAND BY ME AND CLEARLY TALK ABOUT ME AND MY FRIEND WHO CAME IN. 3 DAYS LATER TWO NAILS BROKE. AND THE OTHERS HAVE AIR BUBBLES AND ARE LIFTING. I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY WOULD FIX THEM AND WAS HUNG UP ON. NEVER AGAIN AND DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I came in today, to get a pedicure, and a nail color change. My pedicure was done fine. When Jamie took the color off my nails, she started reshaping my nails again. I asked to have the same design on my toenails as what was put on there from a week ago. I didn't like the red color so that's why I asked her to change the color. She said gel change color, is $33 and a regular color change with regular polish is $10. So when I got finished everything someone else had to do my design on my fingernail, because Jenny doesn't know how to do designs. So the pedicure was $45, the change color was $10, each design on one finger was $5 each. So my bill should have been $65. The owner wanted to charge me $70, I said for what! I got a pedicure which was $45, a color change according to there price listing is $10, and two nail designs, that was $10. The owner got really mad and said oh! we gave you a manicure! I didn't ask for a manicure I asked for a color change! so by her doing more than what she was supposed to be doing, they wanted me to pay for that service, I said hell no! That's her damn fought for not paying attention. So the owner told me to get the hell out and never come back. When he said that! I said real loud, to all the customers, to be cautious with people like these owners of this business. They are nothing but penny pitures, the try to make you pay more for something that you didn't even get. They're very cunning people. When I was telling the customers that the owner was telling me get out! get out! These roaches come to steal, kill, and destroy......

I went here for a gel fill with the "special Gel" . Fingers and toes. The girl who did my nails had a total attitude and seemed frustrated and uncomfortable in Her chair. Not to mention it was $110 dollars.. Wowwww

This was the best pedicure service I’ve had in my life! David was AMAZING! The pedicure quality is wonderful and the leg and back massage at the end were excellent. This felt like such a great value. Will definitely be back!

I’m tired of going there to get a pedicure and expect a relaxing experience. I would say the last four or five times I’ve been there my feet sit outside of the water do not soak. I spend just a few minutes in the water during the pedicure. I would think that like normal while you’re waiting for someone to come to you that they want you to sit and soak and it is what I like. I have asked my person before even when they come to finally do the pedicure and they say you will not yet. They don’t even fill the water up in the bowl through the pedicure they wait until the middle of the pedicure so you get very little time soaking. As far the gel nails They are too much in a hurry because they are busy and they don’t let you dry like you should under the heat lamp , so my gel polish comes off within a week! I will not be going back there.

I’ve been going to this place for over five years and I have just had it after today. I am so tired of showing them what I want and the man can’t get it right. Nails are way too thin. Everybody knows that I like them thicker, and I had to fight until finally I just gave up paid $55 for a gel manicure that I had to go right next-door to the other nail place and have them do what I wanted properly so I spent $110 on nails today. If you look at a picture and you can’t do it being that easy and you don’t even have enough colors to accommodate people when they go in then just say so… Not to mention they open at 9:30. I got there at 9:34 and every single person had someone in their chair. They open earlier than 930 now and take people earlier than that in order to even Get my nails done in less than two hours. I have to get there before they open. I’m tired of getting up on my day off at 6 o’clock in the morning so I can get there before they open. It’s gotten out of control and I’m just done.

My sister recommended this place. I had to send her a pic as soon as I was finished. This being my first visit no one else compares to this wonderful experience . Really well managed, well staffed, friendly associates. I will tell everyone about this wonderful visit

They do a decent job here. They have good hours and I never wait long here. I will say I do agree with other reviews about them being very pushy about tipping. Most recently I tipped in cash and was then questioned when paying. Other then that this is a great place to go.

This place really has the best pedicures, but the last two times I got mine done here has been awful. Same guy maybe he is co owner or something usually cashes ppl out for services. He is extremely rough with the drill and today he purposely put the wrong color gel on my feet just so another tech had to correct it. No apology said something smart and walked away. Neither time did he turn on my massage chair like he did for everyone else. My white polish on my toes are thick and lumpy. Moving on to my nails, Tina was sweet, but really didn’t understand the meaning of marble nails she just did a glitter swirl 🥴. It would’ve been better if she would have said she couldn’t do it. Checking out the rude guy gives me my total $130 and then TELLS me to tip two techs!!! I politely tipped Tina and swore to never come back. Good luck if looking for a good salon around here. The best person to do your nails is Coco try to book her.

First and last time coming here. The pedicure was ok, not the best because it was rushed . I was recommended here by my sister. They are way too pushy for my taste. If I want a certain service then thats the service that I want. First, They kept pushing me to get gel polish, even though I stated I wanted regular polish because I will be back in a couple weeks for the gel polish on my nails and feet. Two, I told them I wanted to get the basic pedicure and once again, they were trying to get me to do more expensive one. Once again I said, “ I will do it again, when I come in with weeks. Third, while I was drying my toes, the man comes over and ask me if I am going to pay now. I said no I will pay when my feet are dry because I have Apple Pay. He proceeds to snatch my phone out of my hand and go towards the register. I told him, it will not work because you will need my Face ID for it to go through. Fourth, once I paid for my pedicure, the man at the register demanded I tip, while I was reaching in my pocket to give the man a tip. Just for that I put my $15 back in my pocket and walked out. Never again

Julie did my French pedicure and hard gel French manicure today and she was amazing! The shape is perfect, all the nails are even, they are thin and natural looking. They are perfect!!! She was sweet as can be.

Very clean atmosphere, nails looked great, but please stop asking for tips when my total came to $108 and the tech had my daughter bleeding.
