Worst experience ever.! Do not recommend…… She did a horrible job, She overfilled my upper lip. And still charge me full price even after I walk out of her office almost crying. Then proceeded to give me a face mask…..! Had to get my lip fillers removed by a surgeon. Do not go to her for lip fillers!!!!!!

The owner of this business in my opinion is extremely rude and condescending, and has the nerve to call and text you when you leave a negative with you. Shameful not to mention illegal.

Lovely practice, I was greeted by a very polite young lady with a beautiful smile on her face……..who gave me intake forms offered me a seat and asked if I would like a cup of coffee or tea while I waited………after a short wait I was escorted back to a treatment room by the medical assistant who politely asked me about my medical history, my concerns and the reason I chose Beaute Medical Aesthetics, very Impressive to me I’ve never had anyone. Ask me why I chose their establishment. After my encounter with the medical assistant enters nurse practitioner Dedesux-Holts with a huge smile on her face that just lit up the room, very knowledgeable listen to my concerns and proceeded to explain to me what my options were with in my budget. I am sooooo happy I chose this establishment for my aesthetic needs i will be returning and bringing my girlfriends along this establishment Definitely left a lasting impression.. My first appointment went very well the doctor took her time and answered all of my questions. The wait time was very little..I also made a referral because of how good her service was. However, when I came back for a second appointment. The receptionist was very rude regarding my billing questions. And seemed like she didnt want to be bothered. I told her that I would follow up with my insurance company when my insurance company called her.The reception is hung up. I have switched over my doctors because of the receptionist. Also, do not bother calling the phone number. The receptionist will tell you everything can be answered within the portal.

My visit was everything a patient would have expected in a 1st visit to be. Patience courtesy, the staff and Doctor, listens very well, the Doctor looks through your file and ask you What are your concerns. Then asked you questions that they’re concerned with just very thorough. Makes you feel respected.
