Been going here for years! I called this past Saturday to let them know I’d be in about 130. The gentleman told me that would be fine. I got there. The wax wasn’t warmed up. I had to wait and then my face was burnt. I will never be returning again. ☹️

I went to request your service with a friend! The cost of eyelashes was $80 dollars and I went to complain! because I dropped them and the lady's son only looked for excuses that we said we didn't like and that we made her struggle and she says things that make no sense she is supposed to satisfy the client and she didn't do it for him it became easier to get me out outside the place! and say things she should be kinder and leave the client satisfied and if she is lost do a good job don't make eyelashes with her! Not even 24 hours passed before they fell! so if I make sure that no more people come back

Brianca did an amazing job on my brows. She took her time, very friendly and even included a relaxing brow/temple massage at the end of service. 10/10!!! My brows are a CHORE, but BEAUTICA SALON never misses ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I liked my eye brows. They left wax on my leg and didnt remove it all as well theres lots of spots where theres hair that wasnt removed. Good price though

I love coming here. Its such a relaxing atmosphere. Tahseen always does such a great job. Not only with my eyebrows but any haircut i choose or dying my hair.

I used to go here all the time and loved the original owners. The new people do not know what they’re doing and completely messed up my eyebrows. I don’t usually review businesses but this was horrible.

My brows have been thin for years. When I go to this lady she does such a great job. I will not let anyone thread my brows because she does them so perfect. I would recommend anyone to go here.

This is the BEST place in Dallas to get waxed and get your eyebrows threaded. I travel from Washington and Illinois just to see Dess to take care of me!! She is very professional, genuine, honest and displays the BEST customer service I've seen. She is from Pakistan and is an expert at her work!! Plus she has Amazing prices!! I highly recommend her!!

I went to this place multiple times as per website’s timings but it was never open and when it’s open and I went there the owner was unfriendly and told me to come back after an hour and when I went back after an hour she closed the salon. It was really a bad experience they are not prioritizing their customers. Would not recommend.

Tess is amazing! I have been coming to her for a couple years because noone else can cut my hair the way she does. If she ever leaves I don't know what I will do! I can't wait to have her do my eyebrows next.

Went here for the first time for a haircut and hair color. Very disappointed with how Tess did my haircut, did very heavy layers which made my hair more short and unmanageable. And it's just been a week I'm starting to see my greys again. Now I have to wait for months to grow my hair. Would not recommend this place.

Came quickly on my lunch break and they were able to take me without appointment. Personally I don’t like the feeling of getting my brows threaded but it beats waxing. The thread felt strong and wasn’t breaking every 5 seconds which a appreciate. I loved the ways looks as far as edginess but they were a tad too thin for my preference. Will return for the convenience though. Thanks Bautica Salon!!

Hopefully I’m spelling her name right Nyna did a great job on my eyebrows. I got them threaded and tinted. My eyebrows are very uneven and one I higher than the other but she did a great job making them match
