To start, Ive been coming here for years, since 2012. Just like the name of the shop, you leave beautiful. They get the hair bone straight and you’re in and out everytime. Ive never had the perm shampoo or the lost clumps of hair experience. They might not know everything about how to handle black hair… like how you should rinse the conditioner out with cold water and not hot but they know how to get your hair straight, curled, colored etc. Iykyk, only one OG is left and thats the only stylist I like. Before the pandemic, it was a set price of $35. Your hair could be short, thick, long, or thin it was $35. Now they are doing what the other Dominican shops do … which I hate and don’t go to other shops because of this… they want to see the hair and base the price off of that. Bullshit. Just make the set price $45 at this point. Get bigger deep conditioner options bc that lil bit aint doing nothing and neither is that 4 mins under the dryer. Bring your own and sit as long as you want! These new people are rude, talk more than they do hair and burn your ears. I may not speak fluent spanish but I know my curse words and they always talking trash. They need to put a smile on their face, realize yall serve mostly black ppl and treat us right. I love this shop tho💕 just get it together plz.

I used to come here all the time as a kid but I went last week and washed my hair today… so much has fallen out and my hair also felt so different and straight.

Please do not waste your money and time coming here, I use to get a wash and press every Sunday and now my hair is super thin, my curl pattern is completely gone. Most unprofessional salon there is, they do not care for our hair at all. I really wish I never went here I’m afraid my texture of hair will forever be thin because of this salon. I wish I could sue for something like this. Salon need to be shut down asap fr

The lady who washes hair definitely tries to rush she tried half way combing out my hair with the conditioner she also attempted to leave product in it until I said something. Vanessa however got me together haven’t had my hair done in almost a year due to my pregnancy I was very pleased with her service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ‼️ I WENT THERE ON MONDAY FOR A WASH BLOW AN PRESS THEY PUT PERM IN MY HAIR TODAY IS DAYS 3 MY HAIR WAS TO THIN SO I WASHED AGAIN FOR THICKNESS AND MY HAIR STARTED TO FALL OUT RAPIDLY I WENT TO THE SALON THE MANAGER SAID TO ME “ WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO , A REFUND WONT FIX YOUR HAIR” I WAS NOT REFUNDED AND MY HAIR IS STILL FALLING OUT ! Please if you value your hair, DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP!!!! I came here to get a regular wash press and curl and went home with my hair falling out. My hair went from curly pattern to straight even after multiple washes my hair did not revert to it's original curl pattern! They are putting PERM/RELAXER or some type of product in the shampoo or conditioner. Now my hair is completely damage and uneven. IF YOU ARE RELAXER FREE, PLEASEEEE STAY AWAY !!!!!

They asked me to pay before I got my hair done. So, of course I left. The girl refused to call owner. The number posted for problems or concerns did not work. Poor customer service.

They put perm in their shampoo n conditioner My hair is 4c , I always blow dry my hair once I go to them then wash my hair I have some straight pieces of hair and I know the difference heat damage n relaxer but if you smell eggy smell when you leave just go home wash ur hair. Just don’t go to them period
