I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. The associate butchered my eyebrows! My eyebrows were very full. I should have known she didn’t know what she was doing when she didn’t even comb or trim my brows before applying the wax. My brows are patchy and uneven now. I’m so mad!

Wish I could give no stars …horrible customer service…went for an eyebrow wax …the lady Kim got wax all over my new coat …nasty attitude probably a racists!!!!!!! Every time I have supported this business her attitude is nasty never again will I go back 😈

0 out of 10 do not recommend rushed on my feet charged a 100 just for a pedicure & fill in on my toes because I used powder and gel polish, I got them done Monday , Today is Tuesday and my pinky toe came off 😭 the shaping is terrible I got French tips, the work was definitely not worth a 100 now I see why I stopped going the first time overpriced for no reason it's not worth it

As I was getting my feet finished I noticed that my feet was chipping and the polish was not how I wanted it. The staff were rude and they left me in my seat .. and walked out .. I won’t be returning here again

I would NOT recommend getting a mani/pedi or any nail spa service here for the following reasons: (1) I stopped for a mani/pedi here and was HORRIFIED by the low level of service and condition of the establishment; (2) the cushions in the seats they use for pedicures are worn and torn; (3) this is the only place I have ever been where you ask for a pedicure and they rub your legs instead of your feet; (4) they attempted to overcharge me for services when all the tech did was give me a semi-pedi and remove the cuticle from my nails/hands; and (5) they do not take credit or debit cards, which they do not tell you up front. When I asked for my total, they told me $60 and I was shocked! I then asked what she was charging me $60 for and they lowered the price. So, they essentially tried to rip me off. Where in the world do you buy a pedicure that does not come with a foot massage? And what legitimate spa, providing quality service, only takes cash and cash app?! There is a huge mismatch between the services they advertise and the services they provide. This company should be reported to consumer protective agencies for their deceptive practices and low quality service.

It was great service I don't know the woman name but she was so nice it was my first time getting my nails done I show her a picture of the nail style I wanted it to be in the color and she gave me her number and told me to send her the picture and the sweet lady also did it just the way it was on the picture and also she put free diamonds on my nails because my birthday is tomorrow I'm going back I'm so in love with my nails 🥰

It was a bald man with glasses. He rushed on my feet. The water was cold. My feet sat in there for no more than 5 min before he was working on my toes. While he was doing the lady feet before mine , I was just sitting there when my feet could’ve been in the water soaking. I couldn’t even relaxed because he was rushing and I was too busy watching to make sure he didn’t mess up on my polish. I will not be returning. Never have I received this type of “pedicure”. No hot towel , no relaxation. Just a rushed job. I literally was done in less than 20min with the whole service. I’m a big tipper also but for this job , a big NO.

It was good, I'm satisfied. If you are not familiar with the area. Talk to no one going to the place. Alot of trickery going on in the shopping center. The nails are beautiful.
