Both stylists have an attitude. I arrived half an hour early for my appointment, and they told me they couldn't take care of me until three hours later. They have done this to me twice. I'm never going back!

For the past 8 years, this place has been the only one I trust with my eyebrows, thanks to Raj. Every visit leaves me feeling more confident and beautiful. I've sent friends here over the years and they've all felt the same way. Raj is incredibly talented—highly recommend!!

I love this place so much! I’ve been coming here for 6 years now and Raj never disappoints. She does my eyebrows so so good and the facials are amazing they make your skin so clean and Raj is the best ever! Highly recommend:))

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST !!! Found them on Groupon contacted them for available appointment they stated if I purchase thru Groupon I had to wait or I could pay them directly when I arrived. Upon arrival I was walked to a back room where the facial lady has no clue what she was doing dropping multiple items phone ringing in my ear non stop. Literally cleaned my face for 3 min and said she was done. I advised her Groupon stated this was deep facial she stated they don’t do deep cleaning and only do herbal facial mind you not one herb was used the products weren’t organic or vegan. When I told her I was unhappy with service and would be leaving a review she said she understood and I didn’t have to pay. Upon exiting room mask was irritating my face I told her this was ridiculous she locked door and said she was calling police because I couldn’t take a photo of the business I called police on her as well officers advised her she could not lock in a client. These people have 0 respect or customer service ethics. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Beautiful U salon. Raj I love the way she does my facial and eyebrows. Tere, is very good doing the hair, blowdry is amazing. Tere is always very busy, if you want her to do your hair you need to call several days in advance.

I scheduled a facial for myself and my daughter. I read the reviews and they were all positive so I felt confident going there. Our facials were supposed to be at the same time. When we got there we were told one of the estheticians went home but not to worry we will be seen at the same time. I was taken into a room that was not the cleanest and while I had the steam on the woman (Raj) started on my daughter who was in a room next door. She later told me that my room was a palace compare to her dirty stained room, with products from the previous client still out. I doubt the instruments are sterilized or even sanitized. The extractions were painful and very rushed and while I had a mask on she went to treat my daughter. The treatment was about 30 minutes. Absolutely the worst facial I have ever had and my daughter said the same. Dirty place and a very rushed job , we both washed our faces when we got home. If I could give negative stars I would 🤮

Went there to try it, I found them on groupon . As soon as the owner heard I had a groupon she was very dismissive from beginning to end. Why waste your money promoting your business on a website when you will treat them like that? I am NOT going back there again plus I will share my experience with those I know. Obvious lack of customer care. 👎

Over charged for henna conditioning. Price card says $25 + for henna conditioning , but she charged me $40. The explanation given was the price card was printed by mistake.
