If you’ve had a bad experience with eyebrow work or feel skeptical, I highly recommend this lady. She takes her time, and the process is completely painless! I have a low pain tolerance, and after regretting an eyebrow tattoo from ten years ago, I finally decided to get it fixed. I only wish I had done it sooner. The pricing is very reasonable, and what stands out is that she doesn’t rush you—she makes sure you’re completely satisfied with the results. I’d give her 10 stars if I could. I don’t typically write reviews, but she truly deserves the praise. I’ll definitely be going back for lip work too!

I usually don’t post reviews but Nina did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I spent a lot of time looking for the right person to do my eyebrows (you know is your face so, you don’t want to get it wrong) and I am glad I went with Nina. She is the best. She takes a lot of time shaping your eyebrows according to your face and the procedure is painless. She explained everything in detail and I am super happy with the results. I already recommended her to my friends and family but if someone else is looking for the right person with the best techniques just don’t hesitate and to to Nina.

Would not recommend at all. Lash lift was poor quality and extremely chaotic (e.g., dog barking in the background and knocking things over). Ann was dousing my eyes with chemicals, causing them to be extremely red and irritated after. It's been less than 1.5 weeks since my appointment and my lashes have returned back to normal.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to for this one! I had a lash lift appointment with Anne, it was my first time trying it. Anne was so sweet and honest, upon my arrival she saw my lashes and informed me that a lash lift won’t be worth it for my type of lashes, and she offered alternatives & I truly appreciated that! She could’ve easily done it and wasted my time/money. I then decided to do a classic set, but I was very particular and wanted a very natural look, and Vivian delivered!! She was so patient and kind, even though I asked 100 questions, thank you, Vivian! I absolutely love the results!!! See you again soon!

Love this place, very clean, polite staff, especially the front desk person is really friendly, will try to accommodate you if you wanna come in earlier in the day etc. I have been coming here for 2+ years now, usually for eyebrow lamination/lash lift and just recently for the first time eyelash extensions. The first 2 pics are the lamination, the last pic is extensions only. Anne does the laminations and lifts, she’s amazing … after I moved out of town I tried going to a salon closer to home but I didn’t like the results there, and they took forever. I’d rather make the drive out to Anne and know I’ll have a beautiful result. She’s professional, efficient and knows what she’s doing. The girl that did my lashes, I can’t remember her name she was great, they looked full for over a month!!!!! It was a classic full set. Took maybe an hr in total. I know they cover removal services but I let mine fall out naturally, I only needed them for vacation I prefer lash lifts but they looked great and lasted forever. I didn’t notice any more fall out than usual, whatever products they use didn’t cause any irritation or discomfort. If I need to get extensions again I’m definitely getting them here . EDIT: the lash tech’s name is MOLLY! <3 I went back for lashes several more times, she’s amazing!

It was horrible experience! First of all, the “technician”, not sure if she had any experience, was very rough. She was pulling my eyes, stretching skin, and got glue into my eyes. It was burning. Second, no customer service at all, I felt very uncomfortable with her. Lastly, she ruined my lashes. When I checked in a mirror she gave me, it was okay, but by the time when I reached my car, the lashes were in horrible condition. The tips of my lashes were curled up sideways and very crooked. That why it’s probably so cheap, but I’d rather pay more for a good service. Avoid this place.

Nina is by far the best in the Bay Area. I found her through Yelp and bc of the amazing reviews written by other folks, I am now a regular. She has done my brows twice and I am in love with them. She is patient, teaches as she goes, keeps up with the latest techniques and genuinely cares about what the client wants. I’m glad I have someone I can trust and has a genuine interest in making sure I am happy with the results. Thanks Nina!

Firts time there my lashes fall down after one week. I didn’t pull or anything just fall down I felt very depress since I really love have new look and I end up going to other place book new lashes. 😖

I am so pleased for the amazing work Nina did for my brows! She thoroughly explained the process, the different techniques and took her time outlining and shaping my brows. After your appointment, Nina texts you with care instructions where you can communicate with her about any questions you might have. I had to reschedule my appointment and with it being so close to the holidays, I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to squeeze me in for my touch up, but they did. Thank you Nina!

I went there to do my eyebrows waxing just want to shaped but Instead of making it look nice she made my eyebrows from normal to out of shape. I regretted going there when my eyebrows grow back m sure never go there again.

This is my first time coming here for a 3weeks Fill ( Doll-eyes+wispy). It's an affordable price and these gentlemen are nice. I met a male tech, he is practicing and he did it gently. In my opinion, he is talented. So give Beautiful You a chance to make your lashes pretty.

this place is good for the prices but you have to wash your own lashes, i got my lashes removed and my lash tech got the cream in my eyes and it was really burning, the walk to the bathroom to wash my own eyes was honestly horrific. my lash lady was really rough with me and i had to tell her various times it was hurting, it felt like she was just ripping out the extra lashes left. my lash tech also needed help to finish my set and it ended up not being what i wanted at all, there was no lashes at the end of my eyes, making my eyes look very small and i was really disappointed.

I went here during my 7 years in California. It was down the street from my house and my colleague at work recommended it. THEY ROCK! The gentleman did an excellent job on my full lashes, it was very affordable and he was QUICK!! I always walked out of there feeling super sexy and ready for the world. I was a client for well over a year before I moved. Love this place! It's a little crammed in there, so I might recommend a little space/better air flow. I told all my co-workers about this place and they loved it too!

I’ve been going here since I moved to San Jose but after this last time I will not be returning. I usually get Thuy or Vivian and it takes an hour or faster for a classic set and no complaints. I came to my appointment and saw it was someone completely new, Summer. She struggled to put the tape on my eyes and I heard someone come over and help her. I couldn’t rest like I usually do because she kept throwing the tweezers by my ear so it would startle me. When she added a lash it was painful and she would push it into my eye which I have never experienced with any lash tech. I eventually heard her drop the tweezers on the ground and just hoped she grabbed new ones or disinfected it. She didn’t even finish the job !!!! Another lash tech came in to complete it and I can hear them talking. By the time she was done it had been over two hours!!! I was still charged full price and I had lashes weirdly stuck to my eyelid that I had to remove when I got home. I also noticed the ends of my lashes didn’t even have anything and it was not styled as cat eye like I had requested. It’s only been two days it already looks like a need for a refill and they haven’t even gotten wet yet. Terrible.

My review is for Anne and is my initial response upon leaving the business. If an additional review is needed later, I will add one. Otherwise I’m still pleased with the results. I booked three services: brow lamination, lash curling, and lash tinting. The combination of services are set for three hours on the website. But Anne was fast and efficient in laying my services and I was out in just over an hour. I do have naturally decent lashes and brows, I just wanted some overall tweaks for less daily maintenance. The process? Relaxing and not at all alarming. I have very sensitive eyes and at no point felt uncomfortable or panicked. The results? *Fabulous*. I am SO excited. It’s the perfect no makeup look and I *love* it! If the results are lasting, I plan to come back here more often. And hopefully continue to work with Anne!

Update: After my review I was reached out to and refunded so at least you know if you try this out and it doesn’t work out for you, you don’t waste your money. Review: The experience was not the best. I got a lash curl and tint for $90 which is a good deal in comparison to other places. The wait wasn’t long, and it took about an hour to complete. While they seemed perfectly polite, it was my first time and I had no idea what was going on. My eyelashes kind of turned out janky, they’re crooked and some going left/right rather than all the same way. And it doesn’t look curled it just looks like a 90degree angle, just crooked. A few of my lashes fell out when I got home too. I also was left with a bunch of, what I believe was glue. I went through three q tips cleaning my eyes/lashes with Micellar water and they all came out very black but now my eyes don’t sting anymore. From reading about it, I think they were over permed? So I am putting some castor oil on them to try to calm it down...hopefully that will help. I’m not angry with it, I don’t think they look terrible, especially since I cleaned them and put castor oil, but I wouldn’t go again.
