Beautiful You is the best aesthetics spa in town. I have been going there for 14 years!! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of all the products! Kim is amazing!! I recommend her to everyone!

I think I have had everyone there do my injections and I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone! They are so sweet and knowledgeable. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. I just tried a facial there and it was amazing and I will absolutely find time to make that a regular treat!

I was very nervous and hesitant to consider getting any type of Botox/filler. I see so many people who take it to the extreme and only wanted to enhance and even out my eyebrows and lips. Jenn was so patient with me explaining everything and we only did a little each time. That way there was no drastic changes and everything looked natural. I felt amazing on my wedding day- highly recommend!!

I LOVE Beautiful You. Signing up for their VIP membership and getting monthly facials is the best thing I have ever done for my skin. I see Crystal (the bomb) and Jennifer (for injectables - so good) most often, but Maddie and Megan are excellent aestheticians as well. They also carry great lines of skin care products, and they can help you determine which products are right for you. And they treat loyal customers well, offering discounts and specials regularly. Highly recommend.

This is by far the best med spa in Lexington. Every experience I have had is 10/10. Had a VI peel with Kris today and it was an awesome experience, she really knows her stuff and makes sure you are comfortable through the entire experience. Kim is a filler pro, I have had several filler sessions with her. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Kim is absolutely amazing. She knows exactly what I need and just how much every time. There’s never any pain when she injects me. She takes her time. She truly cares about her patients. They have everything anyone could need to look and feel their best. Love this place so much.

I have have lived in different states and always come back to Kim. She really is the best with fillers and botox. I have tried different places and it doesn't compare. Injecting is an art and she has my vote for one of the best.

I have been going to Beautiful You spa for many years. I have always received great service. Maddy is awesome with facials She also includes a neck and shoulder massage that is fantastic! My absolute favorite part. I highly recommend this spa.

Beautiful You Med Spa is easily the best in the area. I have been going to Jennifer Dossett for several years now and she is incredibly knowledgeable about helping you to look more youthful with a more natural look. I also see Megan Jessup for my eyelash tint and lift and I get numerous compliments about how amazing they look. My lashes don’t have a lot of color naturally and after I get my tint and lift done it looks amazing! I don’t even need mascara! I definitely will not go anywhere else!

Kim is amazing!!! She sat down with my friend and I, she educated us on each filler and which one is the best option. She educated us on how much we should get & what is actually going into my lips. I recommend her to ALL my friends interested in getting their lips done. I will post my before and after, I only got .5 but it made just the difference I wanted! 100% recommend this MedSpa!!

I went here for years when I previously lived in KY. It's a beautiful spa with very professional staff. They provide a wide range of services and the massage is out of this world. I've had Botox and lip fillers there and they are great!

I went to get my first facial ever last week. I was EXTREMELY satisfied by the entire experience. From the helpful and caring employees to the beautiful esthetician that did my facial. The environment was very calming and I felt as if I was at home. I left bragging to every single one of my friends and my kin never felt better. I will definitely be coming back very soon!

very professional,clean,gentle and relaxing! staff was very friendly. I got a facial and i’m super sensitive to a lot of stuff but my face feels amazing! I’m satisfied with my experience and will be coming back
