Tori is a wonderful stylist. She always check to make sure you are satisfied with your style prior to leaving her chair. I’ve been coming to Tori for all my silk presses and so has my daughter. She has never disappointed and hands down the best I’ve been to for natural hair care and color.

Tori is a miracle worker! My original hairstylist canceled on me the day before my wedding and tori let me come in and laid my hair! This was with no prior experience or appointment. I am so thankful and will book again!

The hair I bought from Sammy is great. No weird smell or shedding. Just soft and beautiful. She also gave me free hair oil with my purchase. She is great to order from, would recommend her hair to anyone.

Do not book at this salon!!! Do not book with Tori Hughes!! Do not spend money at this establishment!! She assaulted my child and purposefully cut her hair out!! I scheduled an appointment a month prior to today’s date for my daughter to have her hair braided for her 10th birthday party this evening. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00am and I paid a $25 deposit for this time slot. Tori Hughes did not arrive until 9:30am and did not start my daughter’s hair until 9:45am (we arrived at 8:55am). I was told by Tori at 11:00am that my daughters hair should be done by 2:00pm for kids knotless braids (my email confirmation said 1:00pm). She advised that I leave and come back at that time and she will be finished. I come back at 2:00pm and my daughters hair was still not finished. I was told Tori at 2:45pm that she would not be able to finish my daughter’s hair because her other appointment had arrived and that it wouldn’t be fair to make her wait because she had already pushed her appointment back( although my child had to wait 45mins for her appointment to begin). Tori advised that we come back later today and she MIGHT have time to finish. I told Tori I do not live in Greensboro, and my child’s birthday party is this evening and we cannot come back! I told Tori that my child was here first and that we arrived early for her service that she arrived late for. I told Tori that she can either finish doing my child’s hair or I would not be paying for a half done service. Tori then proceeds to take scissors to my child’s head and cut out braids cutting my child’s actual hair in the process assaulting her because I told her I would not pay for an incomplete service !! My daughter is traumatized!! This has been the worst salon experience I have ever experienced!! My daughter is only 10 years old and the treatment we received today is unforgivable! Whoever owns this salon needs to fire Tori Hughes !! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH TORI HUGHES!!

I had a 9 am appointment with Briee for a wash, treatment, trim and blow-dry. I was notified that my appointment had been cancelled the day of after I had already sat and waited one hour and 15 minutes past my appointment time. During that one hour and 15 minute time-span that I sat and waited for my appointment to start, very few words were spoken to me by the other two or three beauty professionals in the building. I left being UNSERVICED and beyond disappointed in the lack of communication, the lack of accommodation, and the lack of basic professionalism that ceased to exist within this establishment. It is my hope that the experience I had is a one-time occurrence due to the family emergency Briee later explained had come up, but nonetheless I lost an hour and 15 minutes of my time today and still left unserviced and extremely upset. For those stylist who were present and witnessed my extensive waiting and said nothing, there's much to be learned when it comes to customer service. On a positive note, the salon itself was beautiful.
