I gave them 3 stars b/c I do love most of their treatments and especially when they have specials but the teeth whitening to me was barely better than at-home treatments. The actual whitening is only 10 minutes, if you combine 2 treatments, it is 20 minutes and so on...that is a lot of money to spend for 10 minutes!

Came in for a micro needling treatment with Nichole. She was very profession, and answered all my questions; definitely knowing her business. I look forward to rescheduling another service with her. I am extremely pleased with my results. Thank you Nichole.

Best customer service/assistance. Called inquiring about different treatments and the representative explained everything and was so kind. I ended up making two appointments. I can't wait until I have my treatments done.

**Extremely Disappointed with Beautify Spa – Unprofessional and Uncaring** If I could give this 0 starts I would… I had my first visit to Beautify Spa on Wednesday for Botox in my forehead, and since then, I’ve been suffering from a severe headache. I’ve been getting Botox for over five years and have never experienced anything like this. When I called to express my concerns, the receptionist showed no empathy or concern—she didn’t even apologize. She promised to speak to a nurse and get back to me, but instead of a call, I received a dismissive text message. Today, I spoke with the so-called "medical director," who was shockingly rude. Instead of asking how I was feeling, he only called to ask me to pay the remaining balance on my bill. The lack of professionalism and care at this place is appalling. I strongly recommend steering clear of Beautify Spa. They clearly don’t prioritize their patients' well-being or provide the professional care one should expect from such a service. Oh and their 5 star reviews are paid Groupon reviews... Had I known they had Groupons I would have run for my life since any reputable injection place wouldn’t need Groupons for business.

Alizia is always amazing. I always do my Botox with her as she listens what you want and explain everything in details. This place is very friendly, welcoming, clean and comforting to pamper yourself!

I have been coming to Beautify spa for over a year and a half now. I get a different massage every month. Ginger is Fabulous! Also did IPL on my atma and chest with Nicole for dark spots. She is also fantastic. Results were good for just one treatment. Had a micro laser peel today (arms and chest) to see which treatment I prefer and has the best results. Will let you know!

I was interested in a Micro Laser Peel so I went in for a consultation. Nichole was very professional and informative. She explained everything and I was confident in having her perform this peel. I made an appointment. I'll let you know how it goes in my next review after the peel!

I’ve been going here for years with a break during Covid. I have never been disappointed. Everyone on staff is skilled and friendly. All services I have had have been wonderful and the prices are very reasonable. Absolutely recommend and I do to others all the time. I have had services from Annette and Alizia and both are masters of their craft. I am very picky since I was an aesthetician myself for many years.

I love my facials with Ginger. I think she is my face fairy godmother and turned back my face clock 5 yrs. -:) My 11 muscle n forhead are so smooth n my jaw line n upper lip. RF Face tightening did the trick. Ginger's professional skills are definety caring and experienced. I highly recommend Ginger at Beautify Spa Scottsdale. Your face will love the make-over. Joanna was awesome! She was caring and kind and very knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed. She also didn’t push products or services. The spa environment is clean and welcoming! Overall, a great experience. Will definitely go back!

This has been my 3rd visit to this spa, and I would be back again - there's no reason to go anywhere else - every time had a great experience. I've had CSR twice, LED, and brought my mom to have her first facial. Everyone is very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and the place has relaxing atmosphere all around. Would definitely recommend !
