I am very bummed that I will not be giving you my business. Sadly, I was actually referred and love the results my friend, Stephanie, receives. Beware, they attempt to charge a fee if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Received reminder text, attempted to cancel but I was directed to call the salon. No where on the text does it state a cancellation fee, but apparently it is on the website. Sadly, my aunt passed away and I was asked by my cousin to help with funeral arrangements that are at 1000, my appointment was to happen at 1130 with Kaylee. Honestly, I would rather be getting my hair done than planning a funeral! The quality of work seems to be good, the cancellation fee sucks especially when booking appointment they do not let you know to expect a fee.

I had Alicia Chavez for my hairstylist and she was awesome! She was so knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely be back!

This place has wonderful stylists, especially for people with curly hair! I have 2c/3a waves/curls and Taylor always cuts and styles it with that in mind.

I have gone to Alicia for about 3 years and I’ve always come out happy. She never cuts it too short with my trims and my highlights are always gorgeous . The whole vibe there is great and all the other ladies are friendly. Go see them!

my mom took me here yesterday for a girls day and we had so much fun, Kaylee did our haircuts and she did a wonderful job. im a little picky when it comes to how i like my hair cut and she worked with me so well and i couldn’t be happier. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent location - Kris is a fantastic barber. The Collective is an awesome spot and we love their salon staff. Cool place for some artsy and nostalgic shopping as well. Got my hair done by Kaylee for the first time yesterday! I want to share here that I am so glad I did. My hair is thick and dark and I’ve always wanted to go blonde. First, I got a consultation with Kaylee and even without me bringing in any pictures to show how I wanted my hair to turn out, she knew exactly what I wanted and I felt confident to go with her. It took hours to go blonde since I have alot of thick hair and Kaylee was so attentive and hard working during the whole process. I absolutely love the way my hair turned out! I was so glad I went with her and wish I did this sooner. I highly recommend Kaylee. She is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Kaylee did a FANTASTIC job! I had super long hair and wanted to chop it and donate what I could. Kaylee worked with me to follow the donation guidelines. Then she gave me an incredibly cute cut, just what I wanted! She took her time, explained what she was doing and why, and styled my hair with beachy waves, and explained how I can do it at home. I definitely recommend this salon! The price is also very reasonable.

Kaylee was phenomenal. Finding a new stylist is nerve-wracking, especially with curly hair like mine. Kaylee put me immediately at ease. We were able to talk together about what's best for my hair, and I could tell she was actually listening. Too often, I have stylists who think they know everything about my hair without talking to me. I greatly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be coming back. I love my new length!

Needed a new stylist after relocating here and was putting off making an appointment anywhere because of salon and general anxieties. Kaylee did an amazing job on my hair (which is suuuuper thick and was pretty long). Love my cut and other people do, too! I'm a customer for life now.

Such a great place, I’m always getting compliments on my hair, which is one reason I keep coming back. Katie is so nice, she remembers what I like, asks questions if need be, and things are so smooth. Been coming for years!
