Beautique Salon is the best!!! I had the pleasure of working with Sharelle. She was super nice, knowledgable, and caring. It is hard to find good people that really care and that is what we found! I had a very difficult situation where my daughter had very tangled and matted hair. She had a graduation coming up and wanted to make sure it was taken care of before that. My daughter has mixed curly hair and It was very hard to find someone to help detangle hair. I found myself calling all over I talked to many salons that made me feel unwelcome in asking for help. Not Sharelle, super kind as she picked up the phone and was very sympathetic to our needs. She made last minute accommodations, set excellent expectations, and took on a project that she probably did not need to. It took longer than we hoped and she really showed her commitment and care, staying extra hours to get it done. I would give more stars if possible. She really helped us when we needed it. I could write a whole essay full of good things to say, but will leave it at this. If you need help with mixed hair, hair detangling, or curly hair in the San Jose/ Bay area call Beautique Salon!

I have always had the BEST experiences at this Salon. The staff is welcoming, the space is clean and bright, and all of the stylists/employees are knowledgeable in the work that they do. I have had lash lift and tint here, as well as many makeup applications and waxing. I always feel comfortable and “like home” when walking into the space. If you have not yet tried eyelash extensions or lash lift/tint... this is the place you want to go... all of the staff have been trained by the BEST. The prices are reasonable and they also have some super cute jewlery and products for sale that are hand-picked by the owner! Please get to this award winning spa!

My stylist WAS Ashleigh. My last appointment was awful. She told me she would hook me up with a color she thought would work well with my skin color. I was so excited to see the color. Once, she was done the color was great. I notice she didn't blow style my hair when I left the shop. Strange, but I explained I was trying to get my hair healthier and grow it out. A couple of weeks went by, and noticed breakage around the edges and length. I called to get a consultation on what to do or possibly come in for a haircut with a discount. I never, ever received a call back. I called several times and left a message, and still didn't get s call. I even told her on voicemail I wasn't mad, and things happen. Still no phone call. Just FN rude. My beautiful healthy hair, is now Damaged and Embarrassing. I work in a professional environment, and working with my hair in the condition Ashleigh left it, is horrible. I'm annoyed and frustrated on the lack of professionalism this shop has.

Best EVERYTHING!. I love this shop. The stylist are amazing... The environment is always friendly and inspiring. Janelle is my stylist I love her.. She does wonderful work and always finds my vision.

Good service . However ran into problems with my appointment and ended up waiting close to 3 hrs before my hair was even started on. But the staff was very helpful in accommodating my troubles after the situation was fixed.

I have been coming to this salon for over 2 years! They do amazing and outstanding work! I give them 4 stars only because of their prices. I get singles done and they cost $200. Not including having to purchase the hair. But again, they are SOOOOO worth it!
