Gene is amazing! She made me feel completely comfortable. She talked me through the procedure and described all the products as she applied them. Her conversation kept me distracted from what was going on. Before I knew it is was done and the results had me feeling rejuvenated!! She also has been my go to makeup artist. So many talents from one woman!!

Gene is such a great esthetican! Her waxes are fast but she pays attention to details, making sure all of the hair is removed and she treats your skin properly. She's also a delight to talk to in a situation that could be awkward. She's truly gifted and a wonderful person. I will continue to use her services!

Gene’ is amazing. She provides a welcoming, safe, clean and friendly environment which always makes me feel comfortable. Services are swift, efficient and virtually painless. I appreciate her attention to detail to achieve the desired results. I would highly recommend her services to all; this includes first time waxing or those with an established history. I went for a Brazilian wax this past weekend. It was my first time with Gene as my waxer, I must say she was PHENOMENAL! She is very informative throughout your entire waxing experience and keeps the conversation going as you are getting a wax, which makes the Brazilian a breeze! I will continue to return again and again! I'd definitely recommend her to others in the future. Did I also mention she provides snacks upon arrival and departure... 10/10!

If you’re shopping around, you can just save your time on and book Gene. Waxing has the potential of being awkward, but Gene is a great conversationalist to the point you almost forget you’re getting waxed. I’m a clean freak, so typically I’ll notice if something isn’t sanitary, but her space feels clean and welcoming. Customer care is something she does very well and there is a reason she has all 5 star reviews.

So I got a Brazilian, she’s very knowledgeable and great at explaining her process as well as having a great conversation to distract me through the pain I was enduring lol. I can tell she genuinely cares about her clients with tips for aftercare with the best results. All in all great vibes 10/10 would recommend !
