Amber is not only a very talented microblading esthetician, she is also a lovely and kind person. She has created a well-styled, warm and welcoming environment within her salon and makes you feel like a VIP on every visit. I get so many compliments on her exceptional work. I can't recommend her highly enough, as is evident in that I live in NYC - but plan my Texas travel around my bi-annual appointments. Absolutely love Beauty Bar! Amber is very talented and did a fantastic job on microblading and a lash lift. It was my first time, so I was a bit nervous. She aims for perfection and I got it! Mykayla also did an amazing job with a lash lift and tint. Going to Beauty Bar is a wonderful experience, very fun atmosphere, yet highly professional. You will be in the best of hands!

I recently had my eyebrows microbladed at Beauty Bar ATX. Amber is an amazing esthetician. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Before the procedure we discussed the shape, thickness and color I wanted to achieve with my eyebrows. She listened carefully and advised me with my choices. The whole service was excellent. Amber is also very personable and I was very comfortable in her presence. I am very happy with the end result and have already booked my next touch up appointment with her.

Amber is amazing; today was my first visit (brow shaping and tint) and I’m hooked. She took her time to walk me through her process and was so thorough. Normally after a tint, I go into hiding for a couple days to let everything balance out but not this time. I felt confident walking out of her studio. After years of going to only one person, I was hesitant to go somewhere new. But I’ve found my new expert, right here in ATX.

Amber was wonderful. Very professional with a great attitude and personality. I can tell she loves what she does. For my service she did my brows - wax and trim, and everything below the belt. I’ve been all over the world getting waxed and she was, by far, the best I’ve experienced. I have issues with sensitive skin and am prone to breakout and peeling skin! I did have these issues but far less than usual. She had me do a proper sanitization before and I was not coved in sweat by the end! I had a wonderful time and will defiantly be returning ... and I don’t even live in Austin! For those who have my issues I suggest using Finipil Lait 50 directly afterwards as well as after showers for a few days. It’s amazing. Amber uses an anti-inflammatory oil(?) that worked really well to sooth after, it worked wonders as well. This review was written about a week after service. ;)

I saw Amber for the first time last week for “The Trio” package. She was AMAZING! She starts with a consultation and then explains everything she is going to be doing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and I am loving how everything turned out! You can tell she cares a lot about her clients and making sure they walk out of the salon feeling great. I’m already looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks.

This is my third or fourth visit with Amber and every visit, I’m so delighted that somehow the experience keeps getting better. I have never had more compliments on my brows before. Most recently, I was checking into a hotel in NYC and before the clerk even said “Hi” she told me how amazing my brows are! Amber is thoughtful, attentive, and just in general so nice. It’s a 5-star experience every time.

Amber has done waxing, threading, tinting, and most recently microblading on my brows. She is a master of her art. It didn’t hurt like I expected it to, and they turned out amazing. I thought I was going to have bright red irritated brows for at least a week. It’s a couple hours post procedure right now and they look great! I highly recommend her.

Amber is incredible to work with. I went in for brow treatment and walked out refreshed and energized. Brows are generally a chore, but Amber is charming and bubbly which makes the time (and pain) fly by. While I was concerned about time, she promised it wouldn’t take more than 30 minutes and ended up finishing early. Very prompt, responsive, and upbeat. Wish she did more!

This review is longggg overdue. I’ve been going to Amber for a couple years now and have used a number of her services - body waxing, threading, tinting, lash lift, etc. From my very first visit she made me feel comfortable and welcome and truly cares about all of her clients. She is clean and safe (not just during COVID) and really takes care to make sure your skin is healthy. I could not recommend someone more - I moved to North Austin over a year ago and make the drive downtown every month to see Amber - she’s that amazing! If you’re looking for a brow, waxing, lash, anything expert she’s your gal!
