Esperanza came highly recommended and seems to do beautiful work, but proved herself to be extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I arrived at 10:45 for my 11:00 appt. I was told Esperanza was in the back getting ready for me. At 11:15 I was approached by another lady and when I explained I was waiting for Esperanza, she pointed to a stylist who had been with a client since I arrived and had just started blow drying her hair. Esperanza didn't offer an apology or explanation for running late and continued taking her time blow drying the clients hair. At 11:20 I approached Esperanza and reminded her that my appointment was at 11:00 and I had to go to work at 3. She replied "If you can wait until I'm done, I can have you out of here by 2." Needless to say I left. Regardless of how great of a beautician someone is, their lack of consideration and unprofessionalism shows their true character.

Worst make up and hair style aver, done by Evelyn Murguia, imagine having an important event, paying someone “professional” to do your makeup and hair and walking out of there almost crying, this is how bad my experience was, not only that but I had fix my daughters hair style with her standing right next to us because she couldn’t even put a hairband with out messing it up, we’re taking about a professional hair and makeup stylist here she should know! My advice, don’t go with her not even as the last resource, don’t waist your money and time like I did!

Highly recommend this place! Liz is amazing, she never disappoints. Her work is spot on im always satisfied when i leave her beauty bar, everyone is friendly and comforting. I will definitely be back for more!

Súper recomendado! I always feel welcomed and specially Lupita Bejarano who never disappoints me! 😊 best hair salon I’ve been to in Tucson and super affordable too.👏🏽
