This past Saturday I took my boyfriend to get a pedicure for his birthday, I should have kept the money. The lady left his nails a bit jagged enough to scratch and possibly leave a little cut and didn’t get any of the dry skin on the bottom of his feet. I wanted this to be a nice relaxing start to the day but that’s definitely not what it was. Wasted $50+ on something I could have done better myself!

Raquel Collins did a fabulous job! I asked her to change the whole look of my hair to match my natural dark brown color and blend the grey that is starting to come in. To do this she had to change the tone of the existing highlights and lowlights. I showed her a pic of a different haircut I wanted to try. She listened and created the results exactly as I had requested. She is personable and professional. I may regret posting this if I can’t get on her schedule in the future lol, but I will unselfishly highly recommend requesting Raquel for your next haircut so you can find out for yourself.

I took my older parents in. They have mobility issues. The staff did amazing and helped them. With dignity. Normally I have used the downtown location for my self. But I could have not have been happier with the service. My parents also veterans have never had the service done, but now want a monthly and next time we will set hair cuts and color.

If you want the best manicure and pedicure you need to see Jessica. She is such a Sweetheart, caring, remembers the colors you like. She is the best. She has spoiled me. I'm 78 and I've had only 2 persons that really took care of me. One was in Bullhead, AZ and Jessica. I can't tell you how much and brag about Jessica. I can't allow anyone else to take care of me. Love you to the moon and back. Thank you for taking such good are of me.❤❤❤❤

Marisol was the most attentive and helpful nail tech I’ve ever had!! She really jumped through hoops to get my nails looking exactly how I wanted!! I’d recommend her to anyone!!

Update: I had the privilege of having my hair cut and styled by Alicia. I have long curly hair and she does too. She knew exactly how to cut it and her blow dry was immaculate. I am a retired stylist and educator, this woman sure knows what she’s doing! So much YES! This place is GLAM to the max! Beauty bar is everything a girl could dream of! Comfortable pedi tubs, beautiful mani bar, full service drink bar, hair salon, what more could you want! Magenia is the best! So friendly and talented. Everyone is very welcoming. I always leave feeling refreshed! Now if only I could find a babysitter...

We went tonight for the seasonal pedicures and the service was impeccable. From the beautiful, delicious cocktail to the attentive, friendly staff - 10/10 and we WILL be coming back. FYI - all guests as are asked to wash their hands ahead of any treatment. As we were leaving, a lady threw a fit and stormed out. Staff handled it wonderfully. A+ to everyone who works there - y’all are fantastic!!! Oh, and my toes look STUNNIN’ ❤️

Went in for a quick brow wax…no issue getting an appointment. Got there a few minutes early & the gal checked me in. Then told me to go wash my hands. I looked at her & said where? She pointed to the restrooms & I turned around to head that way then stopped. I told the gal it’s a brow wax. She said she knew & they ask everyone to wash their hands. I told her no I wasn’t doing that & to cancel my appointment! (Yes, I know this seems trivial but it’s the point of the matter…Covid is over!)! It just really hit me the wrong way & made me mad!!! Covid has been over for a few yrs now! It’s a brow wax & everywhere else I’ve ever gotten my brows done at (before, during or after Covid) has never asked me to wash my hands for a quick brow wax!! Ridiculous!!! I won’t be back!!

Nice staff and even as a walk-in they got fit me in very quickly. I had a gel manicure which was great. Unfortunately, the gel started cracking and pealing away less that 48 hours later. Nice while it lasted but felt a bit disappointed since it had cost $42+tip ($60) in all. Seems like a lot of money for something to only last 2 days.

Had my nails done on the 16th, 2 days later I stopped by because my nail was already popping off. I was told they only had one person qualified to fix my gel x nail that day and she was on lunch. I couldn’t wait due to time constraints but why is not everyone qualified to fix my nail? Also, why is my nail popping off literally 2 days later? I canceled my up coming appointments and the girl at the front desk said she would bring it up to manager to see if I could get a refund. I never received a call or anything. The girl who did my nails was really nice and I enjoyed the salon but just disappointed in the quality. The prices were actually pretty decent as well. I was excited for make this place my new regular spot to get my nails.

Jessica is the BEST Nail tech there at Beauty Bar, she is so amazing and funny and great with artwork and actually knows how to care for you and your nails!! Highly recommend her!💕💕💅🏼

I think this place is overrated. First it’s compact. I went to get a full pink and white set. The seating was very uncomfortable and close to the next person. I’m pretty tall and the station didn’t accommodate me very well. My first full set was nice so I went back. I saw Allison both times because she was a level 5 and knew how to do pink and white. The second she just rushed through. I had to go back in just a few days because they didn’t look like nails that I just had done. I saw Quin so that she could fix my nails. She did a good job. She took her time. I was pleased but still uncomfortable with the way the place is laid out. I was specific about wanting to get pink and white nails and everyone in the shop can’t do them. Unfortunately Quin doesn’t do the pink and white nails. That is what I wanted. I was very specific about that. Maybe my expectations are too high but overall I was disappointed as this is advertised as a high end nail place. My service was pretty mediocre at a high end price. The manager called me and was very professional and apologetic. I appreciate that she took the time to do that. I have decided to get the nails removed and just wear my natural nails. I will however get my manicures elsewhere.

Not a place I would recommend. They treat you like ordering drinks is an inconvenience. The pedicure is very sub-standard. I had to come home and rehab my own heals afterwards. I essentially paid $100 for them to begrudgingly paint my toes. Not worth the time and money. There are many places that offer far better services at a fraction of the cost.

Peri did an amazing job on my hair! I was growing out an undercut and decided to chop around 12in off to even it all out to grow it back and she helped me with perfect style ❤️

AMAZING!!! Alicia is the best, I came in with no plan other than I wanted my hair to look beautiful and healthy and boy did she decipher what I said and did an amazing job. Not only that but she is so sweet and kind! I will not go to anyone else from this point on! Thank you Alicia!!!

Absolutely not. Never again. We booked 4 pedicures. We had never been there. They ask us to wash our hands and nobody showed us where the bathroom was. They sat us next to each other but it took 20 minutes for someone to start on me. My mom and sister wanted to upgrade their pedicures and they acted like that was a problem. Most salons try to upgrade you. And the only difference was a extra scrub. It's been 1 week and my feet are still rough and dry. My white polish is off white. No need for a shady response. I won't be back.

BEAUTY BAR–HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES I would highly encourage everyone to NOT use BEAUTY BAR, or if you do, DO NOT book online. My daughter made an appointment with them on the 22nd of July. When she did, they charged our credit card $30. She later had to cancel that appointment when she learned she had to be out of town unexpectedly. She called on the 25th of July, well in advance of the 24 hour cancellation policy. We expected to see a refund of the $30 come through in the next few days. When I did not see that come through, I tried to call, but stayed on hold for a very long time. I finally just wrote an email through their website that NO ONE responded to. I broke down and called again. I stayed on hold for nearly 20 minutes with them passing me from person to person. When I finally did reach a manager, she explained that she was sorry for keeping me while she “researched” my issue. She explained that their policy was to NOT refund your on-line booking deposit (half of your service fees) until you personally call the establishment and request a refund. They would just apply that money if you had any future visits for services. They did return my money, but not before they did so she asked me if I wanted to do this over the phone or come down to their shop to personally request a refund. Clearly, we’re not working with a full brain trust here. If I am on the phone, why would I want to hang up, waste gas to drive down there to request a refund. She did return the money after securing all my credit card information over the phone again. I took a moment at the end of the call to let her know that this was not a very good business practice and most likely illegal. She swore up and down that ALL their policies are posted on their website, and this was totally legal. I explained that it was not; their establishment was earning interest on my money until I realized I needed to request a refund. To which the idiotic manager said, “Oh, no, they were not earning any interest on my money. It was industry standard to operate this way.” Clearly this person has no concept of finances. I then told her that I planned on writing a review on as many websites as possible to let people know of these poor financial practices. She then replied, “She didn’t understand. She had returned my money right away.” I explained that she had my money for 8 days and would have had it longer had I not called to request a refund. They are probably doing this to tons of people who have made online appointments and then had to cancel. So, please, please make sure to check your credit card statements for this. My $30 may not seem like much, but if they do this to $100 people that’s $3000 dollars. When I told her I would be writing a review to “out” them on this policy, she again replied that all these policies are listed on their website and if it made me feel better, I should absolutely go ahead and do that. It does make me feel better to inform my friends, neighbors, and family of possible irresponsible and illegal implications of using this establishment, so there you have it.

I took a moment to decide if I would leave a review or not. Blanca seems like a sweet person, however she needs more practice before taking clients. I had a full set applied by her Saturday 07/27 and had two nails chipped by the time I got home because they're so thin and uneven. I'm not here to put her down but hope you all help her to become a better nail tech to avoid future negative comments. Everyone needs a start to their career but sheesh I'd like to not waste money.

I wanted to say thank you to Raquel C. I was able to get seen with her at the last minute because she had a color cancellation, and I'm incredibly grateful I could. This was my first but not last time seeing her. I tend to go long between haircuts as I have had terrible experiences being turned away due to my thick hair. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and was reassuring she could cut my hair with no problems. She was 100% correct; I left loving my hair and feeling less guilty about my thick hair. Very disappointed. Over $200 spent, over $50 in tip. My gel acrylic nail popped off in less than 15 hours from leaving the salon. Following I lost each and every other nail in 5 days to be exact. Also my original stylist had to leave to studio for an emergency which understandable … they got me rescheduled but I’m pretty sure my tech, Blanca, (super sweet girl) was still training because she cut me and made me bleed a few times and couldn’t get my nails straight at all- to the point I just had to stop commenting for her to fix. Also got a pedicure that same week, Lily was awesome!! But unfortunately my gel nail polish bubbled and peeled off immediately. I tried calling and Christine answered saying there was nothing they could do if I couldn’t show up in 10 minutes. All in all reeeaalllyyy wanted to like this place. But SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *update they responded and stated my service was 2 months ago - PLEASE NOTE I DID call even 24 hours after my visit to ask my nails to be fixed and Christine or whatever her name was denied me service because they “didn’t have a nail tech” in the salon. I called the next the day and stated they had no appointments. Which is insane!!! being a nail salon. I state again SAVE YOUR MONEY! Also prime example of their customer service. -10/10

Could not get colour I wanted because they couldn’t find it and had to pay $17 more than what I was originally quoted over the phone due to “expertise of tech costing more”. The nails are nice and i don’t know if I could blame the tech for the bleeding but I did tell her how sensitive my skin was :/ don’t think I’ll come back, not a great experience overall.

I have had several spray tans here before and never had an issue. However this time around made me decide to never come back. I had a spray tan with Jazmine who was 15 minutes late for the appointment and left me super splotchy and really orange. I’ll be spending the next few days scrubbing it off the best I can. Don’t get a spray tan here!

Beauty Bar was such a phenomenal experience for me, my daughter, and my granddaughter! It was so welcoming to walk into! All 3 nail techs were so kind, and did the best job with all 3 of our pedicures!! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!! Fantastic experience! We will be going back!!

I went to Beauty Bar for a luxury Mother’s Day spa treatment with my mom where I spent about $217 on the two of us to get seasonal pedicures and manicures. At that price the service should have been top notch. But my mother and I waited quite a long time 30/45 minutes for myself and an hour for my mother to get serviced despite the fact that there were nail techs sitting around on their phones and talking doing nothing. Keep in mind we had a reservation and we were expected. The drinks that came with our pedicure were improperly made by the receptionist who was rude and apparently misinformed my nail tech of what I was getting done because my nail tech was on edge about completing the service I booked in time and was obviously agitated with the timelines provided to her which I do not blame her for. However, my manicure was abbreviated by the time constraints, and I was not offered my full service that comes with the treatment. My cuticles are messy and were quickly done as well. The saving grace is that the polish was applied well and thoroughly and the pedicure had excellent attention to detail. If you are a person who works hard for their money and wants a luxury nail experience, I would not come here. It did not meet the expectations given the price point. Waiting. Scheduling Issues and Irritations. Rushing. Are all NOT relaxing and how I am paid to spend my work day not how I should pay to spend my self care time.

So first off, I don't normally do too many manicures and pedicures or other services like that. However, when I got engaged, I knew I'd have to start planning all sorts of beauty appointments including spray tanning, eyebrow waxing, a pedicure, and a manicure. I was so stressed about scheduling at all these different places, and then I came across the Beauty Bar. They had literally everything I needed, scheduled me so easily, and everyone was sooooo nice and laid back. No complaints at all, I felt so comfortable and was so happy with all my services. Thank you to all the staff at Beauty Bar, I would not have felt nearly as confident on my wedding day without you!!

I gave 2 stars to the really nice/attentive bartender and for the atmosphere of the salon, upon walking in this place was AMAZING!! I was really excited to get my highlights and hair cut but unfortunately the hair dresser that I had was very passive aggressive when asking questions or responding to my answers and made multiple comments about my drinking (I had 3 cocktails in the 3 and 1/2 hours I was there) I could understand if I was falling all over the place or slurring my words but I was not, I even had a friend with me that was starting to find the comments/actions of the hair dresser strange. While she was doing my highlight/washing my hair/styling it, she was very rough, I have a hard head so that didn't bother me as much as the fact it felt intentional. I really wanted to love this place and maybe with someone different it could have been 5 stars without a doubt! Unfortunately the person I had ruined the experince and I will not be coming back to this location.

Most staff was really friendly and the environment was cool, but those are about all the positives i can give. My stylists station was dirty, as in, she didn't even bother sweeping up the hair from the previous client. So i slipped on the floor a bit, walking on wet hair clippings. This being despite the fact that they called to say they finished with their other client early and had me come in early for my appointment. I went back to get my hair washed, leaving my purse on her counter. When i returned, my stylist complimented a tiny stuffed bear i had clipped to my purse. I asked if she'd flipped it over because i was going to show her what the front looked like... but she said she did. I'm not from here. Maybe this is a Colorado thing? But in Texas, you'd never touch someone's personal belongings without their permission or with them being absent. So that was pretty weird to me. Also. She had time to touch my stuff but not sweep the floor? Then the haircut itself was just a bit subpar. This salon has "levels" for stylists. You pick a higher level under the assumption that they have extra experience and everything will go well. I picked a high level stylist. The draping was bad, so i had hair dumped down the back of my shirt. My hair wasn't even dry when i left, which, in this cold weather, sucked pretty hard. The hairline at the back isn't even, there's patchy bits of hair on my neck and my part was a little off, so now i have different lengths of hair... it just wasn't great...
