The place doesn’t look very clean for starters. I asked for a gel manicure. I’ve never been here before so I don’t know the layout. She tells me to get a nail color. I ask where and she points in a general area. I pick a color and get my nails done in a pretty rushed manner. Ofc being that it is rushed the work is sloppy towards the end of the service I’m realizing this isn’t a gel nail Polish which the nail tech should have mentioned when I picked it after I mentioned what service I wanted. Thankfully she was willing to redo the whole thing as the nail Polish was sliding right off. As she was fixing them she was cutting my cuticles and filing too low causing pain. After the service running my hand under warm or hot water was painful and so was grabbing simple things because of how weak my nail bed became. Aside from the nails not lasting more than a day or two(pictures attached) My nail integrity has greatly declined after coming here. Would not recommend.

This place is ghetto and low vibrational absolutely disgusting as a black women I would never step a foot into this salon agai ,they act like their in high-school it’s sad seeing grown women act like that !!! 1 star is too much this place deserves 0 stars ewww !!! Zero class

DO NOT COME COME HERE! They are. Rude as hell they can’t do nails at alll and they are so ratchet . I’m a black women and I will never be at this black business again . Very dirty and ghetto . Polish came off the next day I do not recommend plus there is no refunds

I went once and I will never go back. Run away. I thought I left there with black eyebrow tints, but when it dried it was dark red. I had to washed it off. That was a waste of money. Take it from me, listen to the reviews and go somewhere else.

Never ever coming back to this shop they are so unprofessional and loud they don’t know how to do nails only paint …. I asked for my nails to be soaked off several times because I didn’t like them and they where bulky she didn’t want to soak them off she kept telling me wait after 2 hours on top of the 4 hours I was already there somebody finally came to try to fix my nails she didn’t do them bad but as I look at the picture I showed her it’s not even the color …. This was a completely waste of time

This place hasn't even been open for a year yet and the inside looks so RUNDOWN and NASTY. For this to be a place filled with grown women, the cleanliness can be so much better. From the chairs that customers sit it in, to the wax station, is just atrocious.

Tina the owner did my nail yesterday she put up flower on my nail that it looks so ratchet! I can't even put my engagement ring on. I can't put any ring on that ring finger especially my engagement ring, when I talk to Tina she said to me that she was busy and then she asked some Spanish girl to come to do my nail. So she told me to go sit in the back with the Spanish girl and then the Spanish girl was complaining how she's not going to do somebody else's work for free. She wanted to charge me $10 and I said no I'm not going to pay you $10. When I already pay Tina yesterday and you're supposed to correct it and take this flower out and and do the two thumbs in the shape of oval the Tina did not do. The girl was so rude, she started trying to pull the flower out of the nail and she did it so hard that it hurt my nail! and I told her "Listen take it easy because my hands are very sensitive". I have cancer and she's acted very rude w/ me.. In front of my face and said to me "What does cancer have to do with the pain in my nails?". I was in shock that she would even ask something like that! of me, and then she told Tina that I was complaining to her and I told Tina which is the owner that she wanted to charge me $10 and Tina told her no that she will pay her the $10 so then the Spanish girls started with me telling me "You know what get the hell out of my chair get the hell out of here!!.. very rude. I find it very discriminating and I'm going to wind up looking for a lawyer because I feel very discriminated!.. how can someone treat someone with a sickness so rude with cancer. Bad enough I life in pain all the time. Doing kimo is bad enough and yet find someone that works in establishment who treat their customers very rude and disrespectful in a very rude manner! I would never go back to this establishment. I would never go back to this establishment ever again!

Will never set foot in here again!!! The owner rude and disrespectful!! She kept making rude prejudice comments about Haitians. Saying oh they never have enough money and always have a body order.. the girl that did my nails did an awful job. I asked for a certain color.. Didn't get it. And the design look as if it was done a toddler...

I’ve visited the salon on November 12, 2021 and received a full set by the owner whose name is Tina and also a pedicure by a young lady they call Nana while receiving my pedicure the young lady was on the phone at all times not very attentive as to what she was doing. she didn’t perform the services I asked for and had to repeat what she should have done the first time. I didn’t know maybe she was upset about this and when when I got back to my residence I realize she had cut both heels of my feet and never once mentioned or informed me that this was done once I begin to walk on the hard flooring I immediately felt pain I contacted the owner Tina who informed me that since I didn’t have an appointment I didn’t receive services there I stated to her I did and I had my credit card receipt to prove it she then informed me that she was busy and hung up she is a very unprofessional person as my feet has yet to heal. I went to the salon on November 3rd to confront the young girl who performed the services and the only thing she could say is “Sorry”, yes you are very SORRY and she be performing any services!

One star is one to many. The establishment is over crowded and very filthy. and wires hanging from ceiling in back which is a fire hazard. This speaks volume about the owner she was very rude. First time walking in the place not knowing she was the owner I watch her speak to a customer disgustly. When I sat in her chair she mention she was the owner, so I respectfully told her that her work area was very dirty, with used razor blades sitting on the work station along with a sink full of dirty water. I had no intention to get service after seeing the disgusting area. Before I could stand up she told me to GET OUT!! and she do o work for me. I decided to report to the Health Department, because I am concern what people can get infected with. Stay far away unless you are desperate. I was not.
