Sarah Keene is the best for cut color and style in Jacksonville. If you are looking for vivid color, silver, or anything else you can imagine. She's your girl. Also does a great men's cut. Her fades and beard management are what kept me coming back every week for 2 yrs. Book your appts early, she is routinely booked 2 months out.

The couple of times I have been here have all been fantastic. Kat saved my hair after a horrible haircut and Crystal did a beautiful job on mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding.

Do not go here. First I saw Kat. Who destroyed my hair. The red was where I started, the sunset distaster, her doing. I wanted light pink princess hair. The happy pictures of me with pink hair is proof my hair can be pink and the reference photos I gave for what I wanted color wise. Then I called the salon. Turns out, they don't care at all if one of their stylists destroys your hair. The manager won't call you. They won't fix your hair. Nothing. I did get my money back, but only through Kat. Who then decided me telling her calmly through text all the mistakes she made... made her uncomfortable. Even though she claimed she wanted to grow from this experience. The stylist who trained her (Sarah- Red Head) answered when I called and told me she would help me. But upon discovering I didn't have the budget she wish I had, waited days to tell me she wouldn't be doing my hair because of my allergy which made her uncomfortable. She's an "award-winning color correction specialist" but can't handle not touching my skin with bleach. (Look through the receipts.. it's pretty clearly about budget) Don't go here. These women don't care about you, your hair, or how you look. They just care about taking as much of your money as they can, and if they can't do that... bye bye to you. I deserve better. I don't get my hair done often as it's a lot for me. Financially, sensory wise, allergy wise, etc. I saved up all year for this, and now I don't have more money for a correction. So I'm stuck with hair that looks worse that if I had done it myself in high school.

I had a pleasure to meet Sara Keene thru a mutual friend Sara made me feel so comfortable. She is a proven professional hair stylest.I love my haircut and style. Sarah is very friendly, and the whole experience was amazing. I will be returning for sure!

Blair listened to what I wanted and gave me just that. And I have been to several places. I have even had to drive 4 hours to my last favorite hair dresser every 2 yrs at least for the last 12 yrs. I think she is my new favorite and local hair dresser.

Sarah is a true professional in every way. She is an excellent colorist, and stylist. It was my first visit to Beauty Boss and to Sarah and I enjoyed how friendly, welcoming and spotless the salon was. I'm very happy with the results of my color and cut.

I have never went to a salon to get my hair cut and danngit have I been missing out. From my first step in the door I was blown away by the decor, the professionalism and attention to detail that is Beauty Boss. Blair is absolutely amazing and she gave me the best hair cut that I have ever received. 10/10 recommend!

My hair was severely damaged from excessive highlighting at another salon. I went to Sarah at Beauty Boss and she transformed my hair! She is incredible! If I could give a million stars I would! My husband said this is the best he has ever seen my hair! Thank you Sarah! I got in my car and cried happy tears!
