Rebecca and team are the best! I’ve been going to Rebecca for my hair for almost 20 years, she knows her stuff and is such a lovely person too. Her team did my and my bridal party’s hair and makeup for my wedding and it was flawless. Cannot recommend enough!

I bought a Groupon for Jordynn. As per directions I sent an email detailing what I was looking for and to schedule an appt. Upon sending an email, you get an autogenerated email with her life story and requesting you email her for scheduling so I had to essentially copy and paste my original response. After some back and forth through I finally got an appt. Fast forward to the day before we were expected to get a big snowstorm… Me being proactive emailed Jordynn asking if she planned on being open Saturday as a lot of businesses had already decided to close or change their hours. No response until day of my appt I received a phone call from an out of the area number which I did not answer because who knows when unknown numbers are scams. Luckily the, I’m assuming receptionist left a voicemail asking if I was going to make it to my appt. I immediately call back and apologize but my neighborhood was not plowed and did not feel comfortable driving across town not knowing what the rest of the roads were like. Jordynn sounded irritated and proceeded to say she’s from Michigan and “doesn’t get it”. She proceeded to say she would send me an email the next day to reschedule. I gave her 48 hrs to reach out and finally traded in my groupon. I’m not sure if the business is alerted when you return a Groupon service but to this day I have not received an e-mail response to my inquiry nor has she reached out to reschedule. I’m not sure if me stating I had purchased a Groupon from the beginning made her treat me differently than a full price paying customer but I was not a fan of email correspondence when she doesn’t respond timely nor keep her word about reaching out to reschedule. I’m sure if you can actually get serviced by her then you might give her more than a 3 star reviews as I haven’t seen anything negative about her which is why I was excited to see her in the first place. Back to square one looking for a hair dresser…

Katie has been cutting my hair since the beginning of this year and I've never been happier. My hair always looks and feels amazing. 10/10 every time plus Katie has an amazing personality and is a great person to work with.

I absolutely love Beauty Box Studios!!! They did me and my bridal party’s hair and makeup. Krysta & Rebecca completed our makeup and Katie did our hair. We all were amazed in how stunning we looked. They listened to what we wanted and perfected it. Also, they are the sweetest people ever. I highly recommend them for any occasion! They will have you looking gorgeous!!!!

Rebecca Wood and JJ are amazing. They are so sweet and attentive and super thoughtful! They are amazing and they created amazing looks for us for our prom! Definitely the best girls around! I went to beauty box last year and it was amazing then too! They are fantastic!
