Trang always does a wonderful job with my pedicures. She takes her time and pays attention to details. I feel comfortable when I visit with her. I really like her as a person, very kind and gentle.

Went in for a simple cut. I asked Cara for full bangs and layering. I received baby bangs one inch higher than where I asked for them to be and they are uneven as well. This is not my first negative experience with beauty brands, but it surely will be my last.

Always a great experience in the salon and spa! Be sure to ask for Ellie in nails and Jay in the salon. Both are great!

Things really seem to have improved in the last few months. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also, for being on the smaller side, they have a great selection of products, and maintain consistent product availability!

Not happy at all. Will never go back there. My hair is choppy and dull and dried out now. you can’t tell I’ve got highlights with a lowlights !!! Ask if she would do my hairstyle where it falls in to place. Nope didn’t happen My hair doesn’t style right If I would have known she hadn’t much experience I would have went elsewhere.

This was my first time coming to this location after several bad experiences at a different company..(Ulta) I booked online with Jay, the same day as my brother's wedding which was a big risk. Especially because I choose a ginger red color. It genuinely was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a stylist. Truly. I have VERY bad social anxiety but as soon as I sat in her chair, I immediately trusted her based off her attitude and energy. The shampoo/scalp massage was unreal, I've never had someone shampoo me like that. It was amazing. Reds are difficult & the color I choose is tricky. I am generally grateful if the stylist just gets CLOSE to the color I ask for... but Jay formulated it PERFECTLY. I got EXACTLY what I asked for - for the first time ever. The entire wedding I was being asked who did my hair & telling me how good it looked. My husband cant stop telling me how good it looks. I will absolutely be coming back to see Jay! Thank you girl! ♥️

Jay is the most amazing colorist I’ve ever been to! I’m a blonde and so picky . She nails it every time. Best stylist in Kansas a city . Jay is worth it! My hair is gorgeous.

Second time seeing Brooklyn! I am a licensed cosmetologist and it's hard to find someone I trust with my hair, since I also do hair. She is the best! Each time I have gotten something different and she has nailed both edgy looks! So pleased with her knowledge, experience, kindness, and proffesionalism! I will be back again! Thanks Brooklyn!!!! :)

There is a woman named Christy who has worked for beauty brands a long time. She is wonderful. Normally, in Lee's Summit but made accommodations to be in liberty. Always does amazing work! Thankful for you miss Christy!
