Just witnessed a so-called 'manager'—bigger guy with gray hair and black glasses—smoking right outside the front door. He then casually walked back into the store and to the front counter like it was nothing. Meanwhile, the ceiling inside is patched with black trash bags. This is the 'quality' the Plaza is offering? On top of that, there’s a rude older goth woman with gray hair and a constant attitude problem. She can’t even manage a smile, which says it all. Every visit to this place has been a disappointment. The overall vibe is unwelcoming, the staff are rude, and even if you make an appointment, don’t expect any hospitality—not even a glass of water while you wait. I won’t be returning and hope HR takes action regarding that unprofessional manager smoking out front

While every stylist I have encountered has been more than amazing, the management seems to talk down about their stylists so much so that I was able to observe it from the front desk, which I find highly inappropriate considering these are some of the best stylists I have encountered both in terms of skill and communication

Janelle did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend her as a stylist. She achieved the exact color I was looking for and had a great positive uplifting spirit about her !! 5 stars for sure !

Jay is an awesome hairdresser he's very knowledgeable and even some of his suggestions i like and end up doing those and the people there are very helpful. The managers there go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and happy.

Got my hair done recently with a stylist i have been to before and she's usually done a great job. But when I went this past time my hair wasn't lightened enough and when the color went on my hair it turned out 2 different colors and somewhat patchy. The shirt I was wearing during the appointment was also bleach damaged. Kinda a bummer experience for what I paid for. Been trying to get in contact with customer service or something to see if I can either get a refund and or get my hair fixed for no extra cost :/

I've always loved coming to this Beauty Brands. Angela did my hair and nails for a friend's wedding I was attending. She was very professional and a rare gem. I am growing out my short hair, and I absolutely love the updo style she gave me. It received several compliments throughout the night. She did this special technique called "freezing," and the style did not lose any volume during the event and even stayed in place overnight. I look forward to booking with Angela again!

I had the best service with Sage today!! I had an unfortunate series of events scheduling with another BB location but this location was able to squeeze me in so suddenly last minute and I could not have been more happy with the outcome! I didn’t feel like I got the correct haircut a few weeks ago at the other location but planned to fix it at my next color appointment. Sage took my inspo pics very seriously and brought them to life! So very happy for her and her skills!

MacKenzie has been my go to for YEARS. My fellow cancer sister, we get along so well. I absolutely love her! She's been doing my my hair, my sons hair and my mom's and we will never go anywhere else. Very knowledgeable and talented and sweet. Never disappointed and we always have the best conversations.
