They have the product I need most of the time. But the prices of the hair salon are off the chart. Way too high & I've paid the price for mediocre service. I can get the same result a lot more cost-effective somewhere else. I like the botox service they started offering though.

Faith did a great job on my first haircut in a year. I have very fine hair (and slightly over-processed) that tangles so easily and her blow-dry was so gentle, she even stopped to untangle before continuing, rather than ripping thru the tangle - those with fine hair will understand. I’ll go back to her!

I booked an appointment 3 months out with Francine. Cancelled the week before twice now “because she doesn’t feel like working that day.” Horrible customer service when calling to cancel.

I had a very nice experience at Beauty Brands, for a shampoo and style. I had surgery and needed help. I saw Faith this time. I had a good experience. She is a stylist and a nice person, there was a mixup on my appointment with another stylist so she added me on with a short wait. She did a nice job and was very kind. I’m beginning to wonder why I ever went to expensive salons! Great place, short wait, reasonable prices. Thank you!

First time going to Beauty Brands. I got a cut & color. Kinleigh was very professional & nice however the color was a black instead of a dark brown. I HATE it!!!!

Hair cut Alycia perfect as always. Pedi Sophia excellent. There was a very annoying tech doing waxes and eyebrows in a private(no door closed) room. Between her customers she was playing her phone loudly I asked her if she could kindly close her door. She was rude in her response. I have never been to a salon where when receiving a service provided in a private room did NOT CLOSE the door. Not only was that rude for her client, but rude for the other customers
