Today was my first time here to see Naaz for eyebrow threading & what can I say! She was so polite, communicative EVERY step of the way, did not rush AT ALL, had check-ins during the process to make sure I liked the result (as opposed to "this is what is it" approach at other places), delivered results EXACTLY as I requested (so you know there won't be any unpleasant surprises) and most importantly, minimal to NO PAIN! Will absolutely be back!

This was a terrible experience. I preordered this from ClassPass and requested the volume set lashes. When I started, the lady was trying to get me to change my request for a cheaper option and I told her maybe next time I just want to get the services I paid for. I told her I specifically wanted volume but to make sure it didn’t look absolutely fake and not real. I tried to show her pictures but she said she knew what I meant and proceeded. When I tell you not only did this burn intensely (later found out she glued them on my eyelids and not my lashes) but when I was done there was no volume to it. It looked like it was a single layer and I just put on a coat of mascara. My lashes didn’t even last a week ( not washing my eyes or anything) and they started to come off. I would not recommend.

This was my first time visiting and I LOVE it here! Customer service was 10/10. I am always so nervous trusting new places with my brows, but Naaz made me comfortable and did not disappoint!! I have never experienced such gentle brow threading before… I usually leave places with tears in my eyes lol but I left with a big smile today and am looking forward to my next visit and trying all of services Naaz recommended 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️ thank you!

Omg I love my brows!! I have been searching for an eye brow threading place and stumbled upon this place online. I saw all the reviews mentioned how amazing Mac was so I booked a last minute appointment with her. She was so nice and welcoming and gentle !! My brows are still full but have the perfect arch !! My face looks so so great and she did upper lip threading too which i normally hate because it’s so painful but it was the least pain I ever felt getting upper lip threading done! I am so happy that I found Mac and will continue to book with her !! She is so amazing at her skill! I’m excited to book with her again. She exceeded my expectations I am so happy!
