my nails came out very crooked. katie, the tech, filed my nails so roughly that i left with my fingers in pain. i booked a fill for my apres gel manicure and the nail tech told me she didn’t do fills which was very weird. overall, the products they used felt very cheap and i wasn’t happy with the service.

Savannah truly exceeded my expectations and brought my vision to life! I can’t thank her enough for making my special day even more memorable. I took my stunning nails to Italy, and I received countless compliments on the exquisite attention to detail and craftsmanship. I'm absolutely obsessed and wish I could maintain this look all the time! The artwork was entirely hand-painted, replacing traditional gemstones, and perfectly captured the inspiration I found on Pinterest. Highly recommend!

Absolutely 10/10 my favorite nail place. Bethany is great and have has her do my nails for 3 years now. Great atmosphere and location. I've never had a bad experience. They are so good that their books get filled very fast so I usually have my nail appointments booked 3 months out.

I love it here! Not only did Bethany bring my nails back to life, they’re so healthy and beautiful! The schedule is super accommodating and the salon is so cute. All of the girls here are very welcoming and you feel right at home. TBH, I hate driving to the south hills, but I would drive anywhere for these nails! I can’t recommend Bethany and Beauty Bungalow enough! 100% the only place to go!

This has to be the cutest and most inviting atmosphere of any nail salon i’ve been to. I see Lexi and my nails never disappoint. I recently had surgery and wasn’t able to get my nails done for a while and her set stayed on for almost 2 months with no chips or cracks, I think that’s a testament to how good of a job she does!

Beauty Bungalow is so cute and Steph is an absolute superstar! She has done so much for me from dermaplane facials, to my brows (I never let *anyone* touch them but she waxes them perfectly), to the spray tan for my wedding!! Highly recommend asking for her for all your glam needs!

I’m always a neutral/plain person when it comes to my nails but for my wedding I knew I wanted something special, so I made an appointment at Beauty Bungalow - a couple of my friends go here regularly so I knew it was a good spot. I got an appointment with Lee and tried Gel-X for the first time and got a little fancy with some pinterest inspo that I liked for a design. Lee freaking killed it and I loved my nails more than the inspo photo, she even skipped her break to give me the perfect wedding nails. There was chaos going on with my wedding and the girls at the Bungalow were even helping me with that while they worked. These girls go above and beyond, they are so sweet, and so good at nails it’s crazy! I’ll definitely be going back here for my nails from now on and definitely recommend them for every day nails or your fancy wedding nails too.

Lee was amazing! She was fantastic to work with and getting it right was important to her. My nails have never looked better! I'm obsessed with them and can't wait to see what she does next time! Update: So many visits later and this is still true! The whole team at Beauty Bungalow is incredibly talented and they are just good people! I've also used other services and they are equally as good! Don't wait - book your appointment today. You won't regret it!

Such a breath of fresh air in this industry - come as you are, be comfortable, leave with something prettier than you left. Every employee is fully capable and qualified - I can't recommend them enough.

I have gone to Stephanie for an array of services (waxing, dermaplane, facial, etc.) and I have never been disappointed! She is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, especially when it was my first time getting waxed. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Stephanie provided an excellent spray tan service for me for my daughter’s bridal shower and wedding! Stephanie took the time to perfectly match me to a color that gave me a natural and flattering glow. I will definitely be back to see Stephanie for all of my upcoming events! Extremely immature and unprofessional. Only cares about money, not about customer relationships and retention. Missed ONE appt due to an emergency after being a loyal and VERY frequent (every 10-14 day) customer for well over 2 years and expressed my disappointment with the cancellation policy. The solution … my future appts have been canceled and I’ve been discontinued as a client! To discontinue me as a client after ALL my business and several referrals to the salon is not only very hurtful but extremely unprofessional. Apparently the relationship was truly about money, and Im beyond disheartened.

I started going to BB about a year and half ago. The minute I walked in the ladies were so kind! It is a relaxed & welcoming atmosphere! Emalie used polygel on my nails until they were strong enough to just do gel manicures. The appointments are easy to book!

The best nail salon in Pittsburgh. You can tell the owner really cares about her customers. I always seeing her giving pointers to the other nail artists there. She wants everyone who visits to be happy. Nails last me about 3 weeks and never chip either.

The owner of this business doesn’t seem to manage things safely during the pandemic. I tried to cancel my appointment same day due to being ill, and she told me that I would still be charged 50% of my service due to their cancelation policy. I had only made the appointment the night prior which was already within 24 hours and while I had, of course, read the cancellation policy (as any person with clear vision would have done) I didn’t want to come to the salon while ill (especially during covid). Since I’d be charged over $50 due to the cancellation policy, the owner told me that I would have to keep the appointment in order not to lose money and promptly hung up on me. She later called back and said the associate who was going to perform service said it was fine to not come, and again promptly hung up on me. Not a great customer experience nor a safe way to run the business during the pandemic. I will not reschedule the service and would not recommend to others due to unprofessional behavior and unsafe environment.
