I started getting my lashes done with Brittany over 2 years ago. I love how they look when she is finished with my set. I use to go to one of the top salons in Berks County but they got too expensive and I did not like the way they looked. There are times when after a week a lot of my lashes (not all of them) fall out because of my allergies so I give her a call and she gets me in that week for a half set. Brittany is dependable and flexible. I love her salon. If anyone is thinking about getting eyelashes done, check out Beauty By Brittany, you won’t be disappointed….

So so so amazing! I love my lashes they look amazing I have super bad anxiety and my eyes were twitching but she handled it perfectly and was such an amazing person to talk to I will definitely be back!

Brittany saved me from a bad lash job that someone else did when they refused to give me an appointment to remove them. She saw me the same day and removed them with grace and care. I told her when I was ready to get back into the lash game I would be coming back to see her. I am SO GLAD I did. I left her shop looking and feeling like a million bucks. My lashes are amazing and I'm happy I finally found a lash technician that I can trust!

I got my lashes done with her and they looked pretty but 4 days after they stared falling out, mind you I did a lash class with her before which means I know how to properly take care of my lashes, when I addressed the issue to her she was very rude to me and not only did not offer me any discount but I also had scheduled a refill appointment and she told me that if I had less than 40% of the lashes she could not count it as a refill meaning I was gonna have to pay for the full set which was not fair to me, first and last time getting my lashes done with her, very rude and very bad customer service. Would not recommend! I haven’t had the lashes for 2 weeks yet and this is how they look already:

I have had some awful experiences in the past with other lash techs. Brittany was such a breath of fresh air! She was incredibly informative, professional, kind, and gave me exactly what I asked for. This was the also the most gentle lash service I’d ever received. My lashes have sincerely never looked better! Highly recommend!!

I was going to a private lash tech, that wasn’t very flexible. I decided to go on google and try and find someone different to do my lashes. I came across Brittany and she was very welcoming and consistent with me. I now have been going to her for months getting my lashes done and have not had an issues. She is very communicative about my upcoming appointments and always very welcoming when I am in her salon. I always leave feeling myself again. I enjoy going to her & would recommend her to my family, friends & strangers that compliment my lashes.

Have been getting lash extensions at this small business for 2 years now. Always totally satisfied with the service, professionalism, and expertise of the proprietor ( Brittany)!! I have gone to 3 other local salons for lash extensions and have never had so many random compliments on my lashes!! They look gorgeous and they last!!!❤️❤️❤️

I was super nervous to get my lashes done for the first time, and honestly, I don’t know what for because they look amazing. Brittany is very friendly and extremely informative on the upkeep of lashes. Her salon is clean and well organized. If your looking around and wanting to get lashes, just reach out, and book an appointment. You won’t be disappointed.

Although I cannot attest to how Britney is with doing eyelashes, I can tell you, Make sure you get whatever work done you're looking for before giving her money. My friend Dave was hired to install a new floor in her shop, he had asked me to help him and i agreed. She paid the amount promised on time no problem then had us do additional work for additional money. When the work was complete she became hard to reach and when when we did get ahold of her she called the police and said she was being harrassed. Mind you this is at Christmas time. So make sure you dont pay in advance, or do any work for her. She is very unprofessional.

I've been going to Britt for my lashes for some time now and decided to take her lash class. Best! decision! ever! She was great at teaching every detail one must know, fed us and gave us some really great quality products in our starting packages. I learned so much in one day! Truly worth every penny. Today I found out that I was actually good at doing volume lashes which surprised me but overall, I'm super excited I took this class with her! Thank you girl ❤️

She did good work, however I had to remove my lashes after two days due to the glue. I also did not find her to be hospitable or professional. She sat on her phone texting during my entire appointment, constantly interrupting the appointment. Doesn’t take personal contact information for bookings, had to rely on social media for contact and shop information which I don’t use often. She’s great if you know her, but as a new client I felt like an outsider and will not return. Wish her the best in her business.

I been my lashes done by Brittany for a few months now and I can’t say enough great things about her and shop. She does amazing work. I will never go to anyone else for my lashes. I have been going to Brittany for 3 years now. Customer service is always 10/10. Her studio is a very clean and relaxing environment. Her communication with clients is amazing as well. I started going to Brit almost a year ago and I've never had any issues with my lashes! Her work is different and deff worth her prices! I have very oily skin & my lashes are always popping even when I go for my 2 week refill! Everyone is always asking me where I got them done! The best in reading PA hands down!

I've been coming to Brittany since I was about 6months pregnant and my son just turned 2yrs old and im STILL COMING to her! She's always made me feel comfortable and I think she's the best lash tech in the area. I personally don't care if her prices ever go up because you get what you pay for and her work speaks for itself. If you properly take care of your lashes their guarantee to last at least 3+ wks ! Im never going anywhere else.

This was the first time I ever got my lashes done. When I tell you I was very comfortable I really was. She is very kind I didn’t feel awkward at all.
