Iveta does a phenomenal job with microblading of the eyebrows and gives such a natural look to them. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to ensure the right measurements and color are done for each individual person’s face. I am so happy with the results! Iveta is really amazing at what she does! The lamination process was very easy and not time consuming. I’m so disappointed in her. Had an appointment and when I got there the door was locked. She had someone else that walked in before me and “forgot to pencil me in”. Texted me and told me to come back at 3:15, which I could not do. Didn’t have the decency to text another time or even come to the door to reschedule me. Very unprofessional!!! Perhaps I should post our conversation to let your client and perspective clients see what really happened and how poorly you handle this client?
