My hair is GREAT! But when it came down to my nails terrible! My appointment was a birthday gift from my grandmother and step grandfather and I was supposed to get everything done. All I got was my hair which is 100% and my nails which were shifty as hell! Mrs. Cruz did spectacular on my hair tho. I'm in love!

I love Genesis work!! I only get my hair blow dried by her, she gives smooth, shiny and volume hair (looooove it) (in Oprah's voice) I've also done my lashes with her and it was beautiful as well. The salon is always lively and all the other girls are friendly.

I was there a Sunday, the place was closed but I was given an appointment. Henry is amazing! I love his attitude and happiness! His energy is very contagious! The work was very well done and quick compared with other places I’ve been to. The price was very very good so I will definitely come back! I think I might have found my place to go to when needing/wanting hair services.

Tentei ir ao salão da Paula Cruz mas me decepcionei demais. Primeiro fiquei tentando marcar um horário por 2 dias porque ninguém atendia o telefone. Quando finalmente consegui falar com ela e marcar um horário, fui ao salão e ninguém, absolutamente ninguém estava usando máscara e seguindo as regras de distanciamento social. Tinha mais ou menos umas 8 pessoas lá dentro, incluindo funcionários, clientes e crianças. Enfim, tentei falar com ela sobre isso, pois minha filha é de risco e gostaria de tentar achar uma solução, e como ela não veio me atender, porque disseram que ela estava lá no fundo (não sei o que isso significa) preferi esperar do lado de fora, na porta do salão, até que ela pudesse vir falar comigo (afinal de contas ninguém estava de máscara). Fiquei esperando por ela por 30 minutos na porta do salão, liguei insistentemente, mandei mensagem pedindo pra ela me ligar, e ela simplesmente me deixou plantada lá na porta esperando, não veio me atender e até hoje não me ligou ou ao menos respondeu minhas mensagens. Péssimo atendimento... Se você precisa se preocupar com o Coronavírus porque, tem pessoas na família que é de risco, assim como eu, NÃO VÁ neste lugar. Se você não gosta de ser ignorada, não vá a este lugar.

I went to the Salon to get my eyebrowns done. I mentioned to the girls that it was my birthday and they gave me a whole make over. I love the treatment I received and the professionalism they had. My was curls was done by Larissa, make up, eyebrows, hair treatment by Bella. I am extremely impressed by them. Awesome job team of Beauty by Paula Cruz.

Love the the atmosphere, everybody is so professional and friendly, I just got a Brazilian keratin treatment my hair looks amazing , my teen daughter gets her haircuts there and she loves it !!! I totally recommend this place !! GOLD!

Paulla is a competent professional and caring person who charges extremely fair prices for her services. I have Brazilian blowout done in my hair once every three months and I leave her salon looking beautiful every time. I highly recommend it.
