I WOULD HAVE TO SAY SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I WAS SO NERVOUS AND SHE TOLD ME FROM THE START SHE WOULD WALK ME THROUGH THE COMPLETE PROCESS.. IM SO GLAD I FINALLY HAD MY EYEBROWS DONE. HER SALON IS SO COMFORTABLE AND DECORATED SO CUTE. ITS FOR SURE A VERY RELAXING SALON. HANDS DOWN SHES THE BEST.

I highly recommend Shawna for all services from lash extensions to Microblading she is the best at what she does. Highly thorough and professional. My mom recently had her eyebrows micro bladed by Shawna and she says her only regret was not going in sooner! She is so happy with her new brows :). Thank you Shawna!

I was so nervous to meet with a new practitioner but I have relocated recently. I did an extensive google, yelp, instagram search to choose Shawna and I am so glad I did!! She was professional, took her time to make sure I got what I wanted, and I LOVE my brows! I have a pretty low pain tolerance (not tough, not even a little) and she did a fantastic job at managing my pain through the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone new, or wanting to get established with a permanent makeup artist!

I’ve been going to Shawna for years now I think since 2017 or so. She is the BEST!!! My lashes are always getting complimented, they’re so perfect every single time. They go exactly with my eye shape, and makes them look clean and natural just like I want them. She also does my moms lashes, and my moms tried others in the past but once she came to Shawna. She’s never left again, if you’re thinking about getting lashes, or any of her services she is THE BEST IN RENO. Trust me, also, the nicest most patient person ever.

My sister-in-law recommended Shawna to me. I was looking to get my eyebrows done and she DELIVERED! My appointment was great, quicker than I anticipated, seemingly painless, and the outcome was to die for. The healing process was so easy with her step-by-step instructions. I'm about 16 days post appointment and I'm fully healed, and the color still looks incredible as day 1. My eyebrows were an insecurity of mine and now I feel so much more confident! Shawna is the best at what she does, without question. She is light-handed and fast, so lash appointments are a breeze. She is ALWAYS on time, and takes special care to provide exactly what you've asked for. Shawna has done my lashes for 4+ years and I will not ever go anywhere else. I always get compliments on how beautiful and natural my lashes look. She has also microbladed and laminated my eyebrows, so needless to say I trust her entirely with my face!

The beautiful lashes I get from Shawna have changed my life. No more putting on mascara or dealing with the smudges. The classics look natural and I Get compliments all the time. What I’m most excited about our my brows. I’m 65 and have thin skin so she suggested a different process (shading) to add pigment which is less invasive and virtually pain free. They turned out better than expected and I’ve not even had touch up yet. It’s amazing how much younger I look with brows; plus it saves me time every morning. Come see Shawna, every time you look in the mirror you'll be glad you invested in yourself!

Shawna is super friendly and welcoming. She isn’t like other lash artists and genuinely cares about your natural lashes. She won’t do more than what they can handle and will damage the natural lash. She knows when her bookings get crazy around holidays and posts warnings to her instagram story about prebooking to make sure you can get your lash fill in on time, she’s always looking out for her clients! Shawna sells her own lash cleanser when it’s available and has other great products up for purchase every now and then such as lip masks and covers for your lash brushes. She is a creative and fun family woman. I’ve been coming to her for over a year now and I don’t plan to change, I constantly get compliments on how natural my lashes look from strangers and always let them know to check her out (:
