I have been here twice. Both times I came in I was a walk in. The first time I had a taller lady with longer hair. I would give her work 4 stars only because I wanted thinner brows but I didn’t ask so that on me. I went in today and the last name was Tina. She was very nice and polite but her work was terrible. She took the tails off of my eyebrows and said they were curly. I’ve been having the same eyebrows and someone taking my side eyebrows off has only happened twice in my life I’m 29. I was staring and she asked what is wrong. I said I’m trying to figure out how to fix this. I said my eyebrows look like a box. She said oh you want an arch I said yes but you took too much hair off. She said I can fix it. She did fix it kinda. They were okay. I’m never going back.

I went yesterday for a brazilian blowout & hair cut. I am extremely happy with both! She listened to what I wanted & I love the results.

Took my mom to get a haircut. She wanted a trim before she colors it at home. Decided to give this place a chance. Wrong decision. Heather, the owner, cut my mother's hair. It came out terrible. It's long on one side and short on the other. She gave her a V shaped line in the back, which was not asked for. Go to your regular place before you think about trying a new one. It's cute inside which makes you think the services will be too... One star for the asthetic

Beauty by touch is an awesome salon. I like it so very much. The owner is so very very nice, pretty, approachable. I like the ambiance inside. All through out come and check beauty by touch. I waste my $210.00 in here. She did highlight for me. She spent 3 hours on my hire but the highlight doesn't show. When I came home my hire color was the same as before. That was my bad experience here.

I wish i can give them 0 star they did henna on my hand and my sister’s hands . We spent almost 200$ and there is no color. And girl just look like she is practicing on our hand . And excuse they gave ohhh its new henna that we order and we didn’t it’s result . Well I booked them for party makeup as well but after I see henna result on my hand we cancel our booking and they charge 100$ for that ……worst place ever I see ….not recommend

The owner heather ruined my hair! Not only did she do a botch job on my haircut she also would not refund me but offered to “fix” the horrible highlights she did. I went in to try and have her fix it and it just got worse! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Additionally she had family come in to hang out and half of them did not have masks on!

I waste my 8 dollar on my eyebrows.. the girl spend twenty minutes on make my eyebrows.. look like she brand new... miss up my eyebrows shape... I want suggestions to owner if you not busy and you want make your customers do service by self like Preet... .... next time I will pay two dollars more go somewhere else besides come here
