Im embarrassed that i paid and tipped for this service. My brow is missing a chunk of hair and the color of the tint is almost blue. I look like a cartoon character. So upset.

I have been coming here for about a year now and I absolutely love it every time. Archana helps me majority of the time and she is amazing! She is always so sweet and I really enjoy talking to her. My eyebrow threading results are always perfect. Absolutely recommend!

I have been coming to this place on and off for a couple of months. It is close to my job so it’s convenient. I’m not a picky person and don’t like to post negative reviews without cause, but today I had the worst experience with my eyebrows. I was serviced by Archana, and I must say she was nice and asked how I was but she did not do a good job on my eyebrows as you can see on the pictures. She over-plucked and cut hair where she did not need to. I have done microblading twice in the last two years because I have some areas that have little hair so I do it as a fill in. I always get my eyebrows threaded and I have never had an issue even after doing microblading. After she showed me the final result I noticed the gaps and freaked out but did not say anything and paid and even tipped. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror and took the picture I started crying because it was very noticeable. I decided to go back and she said that she did not see how it was her fault and that is how it is done because the hair was long and my microblading was fading. I asked to talk to a supervisor and she said that no one else was there. She never apologized and only after she saw that I was crying she tried to give me my money back but I just left because there was no point. Please see before and after pictures and also a paper she gave me with her name and number and the days she works when I was paying first, before I came back. I know hair grows back and we all make mistakes but she never admitted she was wrong or tried to apologize. I had to edit the review because after checking my eyebrows the next day during the day you can see how much hair was left that was supposed to be removed, see the last picture. Please be aware.

I have been coming here for 6 months and service has been decent but today I stopped in for threading/tinted eyebrows and a new employee, Archana serviced me. She is AMAZING. She immediately noticed gaps in eyebrows/inconsistencies and fixed them up perfectly. This was the first time threading didn’t hurt either. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the results after each step. Will definitely be coming back and ONLY to Archana 🩷
