Abby is the master of her craft. She takes so much pride in what she does and shes very knowledgable. She is my ONLY go to esthetician because she is very kind but doesnt sugar coat anything. She doesnt do “baby facials “ she will get to the root of the problem and throw in some elbow grease to get your skin GLOWING . Abby is located in a suite with other practitioners fyi. They share a ‘welcome area’. The other practitioners were very friendly and offered me a seat and beverage while I awaited Ms. Abby. I had originally booked just a facial with Ms. Abby however Upon consultation she suggested that we also perform some extractions. This was at an extra cost which Abby let me know up front & asked me if I was comfortable with it. I really appreciated the transparency and amazing customer service. I did the extraction along with the facial and experienced the typical redness and discomfort that comes with those kinds of services. I am now 2-3 weeks healed. My skin is visibly smoother with less pigmentation and I have been able to maintain my results with the skin care routine that Abby suggested on consult. I also bought some serums & cleansers at her suggestion which seem to be working really well along with my own products! Abby is very knowledgeable and I left feeling like I had a better understanding of how to take care of my skin at home. Highly recommend. A hidden gem in the Orlando area!

Abby is absolutely amazing! She did a deep cleansing facial on me, and I am so happy with the results! She was so patient at explaining everything and so gentle with my skin. Abby does an amazing job every time with my facials. She always looks over my skin first- before doing any service to make sure it is what is needed at the time, she is very knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. She gave me a skincare routine and products that has taken my skin to a new level. My skin is radiant and soft with less hyperpigmentation and pores are gone. I highly recommend booking a service with her. I have only had good service from booking to my appointments from all employees past and present, overall, a great experience and I highly recommend to everyone to try out Abby Spa!

Got my first facial ever done with Abby today, and it was a great experience! I am a Nov 2024 bride, and she took the time to talk with me about what my skin needs/ what would be best to do before the wedding. Prior to this appointment we had a skin consultation where we talked about my skincare products/ overall routine, I felt very comfortable coming into my first skin prep. We decided on a hydro glow today, my skin feels amazing and looks even better! I can’t wait to see what my skin will look like as I continue to come monthly. 😊

I’ve been going to this spa for a few months now and let me tell you, they are so welcoming! I was extremely nervous and embarrassed of the condition of my skin. Samantha always made me feel welcomed and helped me gain confidence. She always guided me through the procedures and picked what was best for my skin! If you’re looking for a place that’s going to make you feel welcomed, nurture your skin and have your best interest at heart then this is the place! The all of the staff is great!!!

This is my second visit here and WOW Abby is just amazing . She knows what exactly you need and guides you through each and every step. I have a really bad hyperpigmentation and with the first time visit I did actually see a lot of difference . Will definitely keep coming back here .
