The experience was amazing! Clean and beautiful atmosphere, relaxing upbeat music, knowledgeable professionals who listened to my requests, comfortable and adorable seating, drinks offered, and overall amazing experience. Received manicure and pedicure (with hand and foot/leg massage), without any pain or rushing. Felt cared for and at home. Staff and manager are kind and respectful to clients and each other. It was beautiful to watch and experience. Thank you Sam for taking care and listening. She loves what she does and it shows!

From the moment i walked in the service was everything a girl could dream of, the nail spa is BREATHTAKING😍! Lien was such an outstanding nail tech, from the warm warm welcome.. to the complementary wine and great conversation and the inspiration and motivation. Not only did I leave out with BEAUTIFUL nails exactly how I wanted them!!! but I left out with a smile on my face and feeling beautiful! If you are looking for Great service and someone who’s going to treat your nails right And knows what they’re doing please go here you won’t regret it💗!!

Very good quality paints and gels. Staff was very nice and skilled. They got all of the gunk out of my nails. Worth the price. Would go again.

I usually go to Center City for my pedicures, but I saw this place on Google and Instagram. Definitely making this my spot for pedicures! I left sincerely happy with my toes, and I can’t remember the last time I left a nail salon like that. The vibe was nice, and I was so happy to see Black women doing nails (this was my first time at this establishment, and I don’t regularly get my nails done). Definitely coming back🥰. Linh did my pedicure!! 🙏🏾

By far the best nail salon with the most creative nail techs in the city. A modern clean upscale environment,everyone speaks English so you’re not feeling uncomfortable during a conversation. And they serve wine! If you’re looking for a nice place for nail care and top service this is the place for you.

Had such a nice experience. Went in for a much needed pedicure. Got the Therapeutic Pedicure with Gel polish. Linh was so nice and did an excellent job. The venue itself is very polished and chic, I really like the style. Service was really good with complimentary beverages, casual conversations, and chill playlist. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I've been to this nail salon on several different occasions, and their service is impeccable. I love how you can make an appointment online and make a partial payment. Online booking makes it easy to choose the service that you want and any add-ons, and you can also pick your tech. I also love how they offer wine, as well as other great services I can't wait to try. I appreciate the staff that's every welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Definitely go here, anywhere else you're missing out.

Okay so I'm always hesitant to get big self care things done at new places but I was literally so amazed. I decided to try here because they do great gel sets, and the work done on my lashes is PHENOMENAL and honestly better than I was getting before. It's an amazing atmosphere with the most friendly staff. I'm always nervous before appointments and they truly make the experience so much better!

I went here for the first time on Saturday to get a hard gel full set. The staff was honestly wonderful, however my nails are already chipping and it is only Tuesday and I was told it would last up to 3 weeks ( I understand they won’t look perfect for 3 weeks, but it’s been four days). I unfortunately didn’t get any cuticle care, any lotion massage, etc. I just got pink nails with ombré and it cost me $103 (originally $73 for the set w out ombré, and I tipped twenty percent regardless. Honestly I’m a bit disappointed with the lack of cuticle care and disclosure about the price difference especially with the nails already chipping. If I had been disclosed the price increase I would have been totally on board. Taylor was great and shaped my nails well otherwise but I can’t say I am likely to return given the lack of transparency price wise and the quality of the manicure

Owner took upon herself to cut my toenails without asking me because they were long .Told me that they look better than when i came in . I like my toenails long and she cut them with the buffering tool taking off my gel polish without my permission . Sorry if you don’t like long toenails Lian but others do . Customers choice when paying their money not yours .

Saw this salon across from my favorite local bagel shop and thought I’d give it a try — so glad I did! The health and safety protocols are bar none, and the salon itself was pristine. Thao did a great job with my mani/pedi. I felt so relaxed, and the playlist was 🔥! Will definitely be going back more often, this is such a gem of a spot in West Philly.

So I've been going to this place for about a year and normally I would have a good experience. Recently I had a death in my family so I was a no call no show I just had a lot going on. Their policy is that when you muss an appointment, you have to pay full price for whatever it was that you booked the appointment for. But on top of that they wanted to ban me. Now I think that it's reasonable that you pay for the appointment in full when you did not cancel it in enough time. I also think that is reasonable going forward that you should have to prepay for services. I do not agree with banning someone for missing an appointment. Especially given the circumstances. I have been a loyal customer for a year I think that in the past I only missed one appointment and I also paid for that in full and I was late once and had to pay a $50 fee and could only get one service done. The owner had a nerve to tell me that all money isn't good money. Well guess what all business isn't good business. I know I have personally gone in and had someone new doing my nails without any warning. A few times I've had to wait around. But they seem to have no exceptions when it comes to their clients. I have never had any conflicts with any of the staff and was nothing but respectful and kind to all of them. So they do good work but who wants to be treated like that right. I'll spend my money elsewhere. I'm guessing that Lien and her attitude may be why they can't keep staff.

I usually don't even write reviews... and took some time to decide if I wanted to leave this. However, my girlfriend's experience two weeks ago left me shocked and disappointed. I found this salon for her a little over a year ago and she had been faithfully booking ever since. I was on the phone with her during a brief disagreement she had with the owner Lien, and I was shocked by what occurred. I reached out to Lien myself to gather an understanding of the issue, but she told me that the appointment was cancelled and we were blocked from booking again. What could have been a simple conversation turned into being told that "all money isn't good money," and that my girlfriend could not book again. Funny, because after that, who in their right mind would? Also, might sound biased, but my girlfriend is one of the most fair and reasonable people out there. Real shame, liked this place quite a bit and thought they did a great job. However, customer service and professionalism is much more important than anything else.

I'm a long-time customer who loves coming here because of their appt style only service, professionalism and the overall vibe. I've referred friends and colleagues here! But my past experience was disappointing and upsetting. My nail tech lacked professionalism and customer service skills. Other than Hi before I sat down at her station, there was no conversation, offer of a beverage or apology for the many times she kept knicking my cuticles (to which were sore, red and super irritated.) When I mentioned several times that she kept hitting my cuticles, she lacked empathy, professionalism and low-key argued with me that she wasn't. I was taken back by her reactions. I did mention to one of the other professional nail techs in hopes they would speak with her to better help her service myself and future clients. As if the above wasn't enough, while this salon is super clean, she brought over a new, unopened pack of nail utensils to continue my nails. When I looked at them, the nail clipper was completed rusted and I asked for a new one. When brought to her attention, she not once said sorry, I'll grab another pack, etc. Nothing! Now, I'm not tripping over the utensils, because I know how super clean this salon is, it was her response for me!! She just got up, seemingly annoyed, went to the owner to help her get a new pack of utensils, owner walked by and said what's wrong Tyé (unsure why so I didn't reply), my nail tech sat back down and resumed my nails like nothing happened. Unbelievable! Because I service people everyday in my profession, there's a certain level of pride and AAA service I expect and that should be given when working with clients! While, I loved how she did my nails, hand scrub/lotion, her lack of professionalism over shadowed that.

I had done my nails there yesterday, everything is nice, the stuff and the way they did my nails, the environment, we had a good time there, some how they charged another 10 bucks for soak off on top of 55 basic acrylic set and I gave a 5 bucks tip, comes to $70 dollars for a basic acrylic nails with no design on it, it's too expensive for a set of basic acrylic....I remember I did a set medium long French tip set acrylic in California, the lady charged me 45 for everything and it lasted a whole month, I don't understand why nail salons are nowadays ridiculously expensive in Philadelphia...covid is about to be over, prices need be adjusted so the customer will come more often...Don't think l'll come back....

Loved the atmosphere at Beauty & Co! Me and my friend got beautiful gel manicures along with a glass of champagne and pleasant conversation. Our reservation was originally going to take place the day of a snow storm and Beauty & Co rescheduled us the next day, Sunday (normally their day off). Loved the atmosphere, staff, and service.
