I’ve been coming to Diasely for all my laser hair removal treatments and she is the best!! I’ve seen great results for my underarms and face after only a few. Her location is clean and comfortable for any treatment I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Espero que lo tomen de forma constructiva pero deben de mejorar la empatía hacia los clientes porque son personas no objetos ni animales salvajes.Mi experiencia no fue buena me trataron de forma ruda y no salí complacida. Fue mi primera y última vez😡😡😡😡

I had an appointment recently was really excited because I was recommended by a friend who goes to Beauty Empire here. I even went thru the reviews to make sure I would receive high quality work. I live an hour away from this place and never did I think my experience would be like this. I went in price was $30 as advertised on the website I paid a $9 deposit before my appointment . I inform Diasely that I want to get laser hair removal on my chin. Right way she informs me that it will be $40 due to it being a larger area. Okay fine I’m fine with that but as I go in to get my chin hair removal it takes less than 5 minutes. We finish and I pay plus leave a tip. I go into my car and there is literally a small T area that was touched and the other part of my chin is left untouched. I really thought maybe I’m wrong and the part she did is my chin area. Nope I call a place to book an appointment within 4-5 weeks I explain to them send them pics and they literally tell me they did not laser your chin. I should’ve checked before heading out I know. She was not welcoming which makes it worst and I just wanted to leave. I thought maybe she’s having a bad day let me just get thru this appt and schedule my follow up appt. We all have bad days but I really thought about it and I will not be returning. I’m sorry but being a first time customer I expected a better outcome and better customer service. I now have to walk around with a white small patch on part of my chin and wait to get it redone correctly. I see all these good reviews and I’m sure you guys work good. I hope no one else experiences what I did. I also have pictures of the small area that was Lasered but it’s to embarrassing to show. No this is not a competing business I paid $48 went in on Saturday and had a visit here. Please don’t try to dismiss my experience as being a “competing business” I have no association with any business.

Hace años llevo visitando esta oficina. Mi primer servicio fue microblanding el cual me encanto. Luego comencé hacerme el hydragold para mejorar mi piel y los resultados han sido increíbles. En estos momentos me estoy realizando la depilación láser y estoy mas q complacida llevo solo 4 sesiones y ya casi no tengo nada de pelo. Estoy muy satisfecha con todos los servicios y el trato q recibo. Muchas gracias, recomendada 100%

I had a really great experience at Beauty Empire getting Laser Hair removal on my back. It was my first treatment. Diasely was friendly and knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable. I found Diasely on Instagram and went to her for laser hair removal. After my first session, I noticed visible results, and my hair started falling out within three weeks! I am on my 5th session and almost all of my hair is gone. Diasely is very knowledgeable and professional and I plan on seeing her for other services that she offers.
