Used to get my hair cut here but they never answer the phone anymore to book an appointment. I have left a voicemail before and they never call me back

I removed my 3.5 year old dreadlocks a couple weeks ago and my hair was a disaster, tons of different lengths, frizzy, thin. I didn't think there was much hope for my hair and that bummed me out. But Connie at Beauty Essentials saved my hair!!!! She is MAGIC! She completely transformed my whole look! She did an incredible job and was so sweet and friendly. The whole staff there was so kind too! First salon experience ever, and they set a very high bar! Thank you all so much!❤

First time at this salon & Eric gave me a beautiful cut. Easy to style. Friendly staff. Loved the experience. Definitely a Cut Above. I highly recommend.

Eric is the master! I have been blonde, red, brown...he's able to do it all! Beautiful hair coloring to jaw-dropping balayage. Personable service with VIP focus every time. Definitely worth checking out.

I had connie, I told her my hair was thin and I didn't want any length taken off, more than a normal trim, as I was trying to grow it out FOR MY WEDDING. She proceeded to use a tool that left a whole section of hair directly on the top of my head, where my part is, chopped off within an inch of my head. I didnt ask her to thin anything, just trim the ends. I now have an entire strip of hair directly in my part that sticks straight up and I can't do anything with. She refuses to respond to my complaints and messages. Very unprofessional and now I have to figure out what to do with this disaster, not only daily but also for my wedding.

I've been going to this lovely salon for a long time, and every time I have the most amazing experience. From the moment you walk in the door, everyone there makes you feel at home. My stylist, Shauna, is the best at cutting hair. Great job every time. Love this place and the people for they are the best!!

The stylists are way too close together! I like to relax when I'm getting my hair did. Not gonna happen here ... 1 stylist, in particular, talks SO LOUD and has no regard for people around her!you can hardly hear yourself think. I will return ONLY when she is not working.

Christina is my stylist and she always does such a wonderful job not only on my hair, but my fiancé and friends hair! I will always recommend her to people looking to get a cut! The staff there are always super friendly, professional, and never rushes people out the door after services.

They are super professional, organized, and thorough with pandemic precautions. I got a great wash and cut by Debbie. The facility is cute and well decorated. So glad I found this place. I will definitely be going back.
