I love my eyebrows now! They were so bad before and had no shape at all. If you have lighter hair like me then it might take a little while for the tint to lighten up but it’s so worth it!!! Thankyou so much for my new brows!!!!

Just did a dream facial with Leanne! She was wonderful and so kind throughout the whole process - ensuring I felt comfortable and chatting about all the things. The facial itself was so relaxing! I saw the results immediately afterwards and my skin has been feeling amazing since.

Last week before my wedding I was in desperate need of an eyebrow/lip wax. I took a chance on Beauty Expert and I am SO GLAD I DID! The owner was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. She asked for my feedback before and during waxing. It was a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be returning for my next wax!!!

I absolutely Love Aleksandra! I began getting regular facials just over a year ago. I look younger now at 53 than I did at 52! Wish I had meet Aleksandra when I was 25!!

Aleksandra was so patient and kind the whole time. She made me feel comfortable and on top of that this was the best Brazilian wax I ever got. She was thorough, didn’t rush and made sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless and was even offered water, coffee or tea before and after my appointment. I highly recommend coming here!

Amazing treatment! My face felt so refreshed and the next day I literally looked younger my face felt so clean! As men we usually neglect our faces but highly recommend adding a facial, massages and IV hydration to your selfcare routine!

I always have such a good experience when I go get a wax done! She pays much attention to detail, so my eyebrows look immaculate. Plus the rooms are sleek and beautiful - it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend!

I am so thrilled a beauty place like this is in Chesapeake—I’ve gone to Williamsburg and VA Beach for services but now no longer. I went in for a facial and I am very picky—Alexsandra was incredible and explained all of the products and process and uses great products. I was so thrilled with the results…I booked my partner for a facial the next day! I returned for a massage and it was heaven—she listened to what I needed and was so nice! Both technicians are amazing and I highly recommend checking them out!

I came across this business during its grand opening and decided to not only book a massage, but a facial as well. I’ve gone to other places in the area for the same services however, Beauty Expert is by far the best I’ve been to. I had Desiree as my esthetician during my facial appointment. She’s extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. She made me feel very comfortable about my skincare regiment and even provided additional tips that I can use at home. Iryna was my massage therapist. She was very courteous, respectful and paid special attention to areas that I wanted to focus on most. I left Beauty Expert feeling very rejuvenated. My entire experience from start to finish was the best I’ve had while living in Virginia and I can’t wait to book my next appointment. I would rate this business 10 out of 5 stars if I had the option.

I move often. There are so many emotional levels to relocating in a new area. I hope I don't sound shallow saying one of the hardest things is finding a special person who really gets you, to help with the most personal and expert beauty care. It took me six months this time, to find Aleksandra at Beauty Expert Spa - and I cannot praise her enough.! She is immaculate and precise and delightful. In truth, she takes better care of my skin and lashes than I do. Expert in her field and equipped with all the necessary state of the art gadgets, I've found no need to go elsewhere for any treatment. If that's not enough, their prices are very competitive for the area. And she has great stories :) I just hope I don't have to move again soon.

I recently visited BeautyExpert spa salon in Chesapeake, and I'm so glad I did! This place offers a great selection of skin care treatments, waxes, spa packages, lash and brow services, and more. I was impressed by the quality of their service and how friendly and experienced their staff were. They also have some amazing skin care products that really make a difference. Plus, their prices are very reasonable for the quality of service they offer. All in all, I highly recommend BeautyExpert spa salon if you're looking for a top-notch spa experience. If you are looking for an exceptional service, relaxing atmosphere and adequate prices, Beauty Expert is the place to go! I went there for a course of Microcurrent procedures, and I can say that the results were visible even after the 1st visit! The skin has become more resilient and fresh-looking, the mild wrinkles smoothed out. Aleksandra is a true professional who takes care of each client individually and advises you what procedures are good for your type of skin. She is very knowledgeable and always does her job with love and care.

My skin never felt better! I recently had a facial with Alexandra and I am very happy with the results. My skin is glowing and hydrated thanks to Alex. I don’t know how she does it but it is truly skin magic. Alex is super patient and takes the time to explain each step and customize the treatment specially for you.
