Love this place! There is no other beauty spa we go to in Las Vegas/Henderson but Beauty Factory. The attendants are all super helpful, there is a nice waiting room and even a skin analysis machine. I highly recommend you visit them!

Would highly recommend this medspa to anyone who is looking for skincare services that is personalized, safe and effective in a luxurious setting. Their hydrafacial is a must and now I’m currently on their laser sessions for sunspots. Can’t wait for the final result.

Located at Blue Diamond Road. The moment I entered, I felt I entered a whole world of relaxation. I can't tell you how badly this was needed. Being a mom of two, one of toddler and infant. Believe me, it gets tough. Our faces are the first to show exactly how we feel. Had my first facial ever and it was such an amazing experience thanks to the staff at Beauty Factory Medspa! The receptionists made me feel so welcome from beginning to end. The interior design was done with great care that it greatly enhanced the relaxing vibe of the whole place. Alexis was so patient with me after I told her it was my first facial ever. She was professional and demonstrated her expertise during the hour of our facial. I can definitely see why others would treat themselves to regular facials. This was my first and it definitely won't be my last!

I did a 60 minute Signature Deluxe facial and it was amazing. From the time I walked in till the time I checked out I was treated like a VIP customer. It was a great experience and the staff are extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and get their beauty care needs taken care of!

I did the Signature Deluxe Facial here at the Factory Medspa. The spa is very clean, and staffs are very friendly. The whole experience was extremely relaxing. My aesthetician was Ola. She was very gentle and tells me what she was putting on my face. I particularly loved the smell of the mask. It had a pleasant, chocolaty smell that makes you want to sleep in a pool of chocolate. The facial did come with a complimentary chest and hand massage. I would recommend the Factory Medspa to anyone who would like to get pampered for a day.

I got to have my first ever facial here and it was such a relaxing experience. The spa has a beautiful interior, and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The service I received was extremely relaxing and my skin feels great now too!

The facial I received was absolutely phenomenal—so soothing and rejuvenating. Olga, who performed the facial, was truly exceptional. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and her technique left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I could tell she is incredibly skilled and passionate about what she does. Sara, at the front desk, was also incredibly sweet and kind. She greeted me with such warmth and made me feel right at home from the start. It's clear that the whole team here is dedicated to providing an outstanding experience. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments—highly recommend this place!

I highly recommend coming here!! I had an appointment for a deluxe facial and dermaplaning and boy did my face come out feeling so soft and looking so dewy! It was my first time there and I felt so at ease; from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was treated like royalty. Lol Sara, greeted me warmly and made sure I had everything I needed while waiting. (I came in super early). When my appointment was ready, Cris, my aesthetician, explained the whole process. He even showed me what dermaplaning was (it was my first time!). He was very friendly and did a really good job with the facial. Also the heated bed felt so nice during the cold and windy day I had. So if you ever need a good facial treatment, stop looking and come here! :)

This medspa is Soo gorgeous and clean I was blow away by how aesthetically pleasing it was! It reminded me of a Zen paradise. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was very upscale. Melissa was my Aesthetician and I felt like I was on cloud 9. She was checking in on my comfort level and made my facial experience a dream. They even offered water and snacks after my facial! I’ve already booked my next appointment.

The Beauty Factory Medspa on Blue Diamond is a must! From the staff to the services and products. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. My laser treatments have been so good I saw big results after just one treatment to my armpits and lip and don't get me started on the facial it was such a relaxing appointment and I left with glowing skin! Plus a win win I can now one stop shop for all my make-up and skin care needs. Thank you Beauty Factory for keeping my skin healthy and vibrant :)
