Honestly very unprofessional. After setting a same day appointment knowing I was driving 2 hours out the way she decided to cancel via text. I understand things happen but she waited until less than an hour of the appointment and I had already drove from Bloomington, Indiana and purchased the hair. At least have the decency to call. Mind you this was last minute for my brother’s memorial. I was going to tip heavy but her loss. Never again!

I love Beauty junkees because they also sells items such as purses women's apparel perfume cologne shoes and accessories you have to check it out it's cool. Go in and get your hair done you name it they do it
