This place use to be amazing. They care about getting as many customers in, getting their money and sending them off without providing the full service a customer is paying for. Techs are skipping things that come with a mani/pedi but still charging the price as if the service was done. After coming here for several years, I will not be returning and do not recommend this salon to paying customers. Looks great, poor quality. They sell you the aesthetic than the quality of a good service.

I came here to get my nails done before my engagement, and they did not disappoint! My nails turned out perfectly, and everyone was so nice and friendly. I will definitely be back!!

I don’t usually leave a bad review but I waited for 45 minutes before being sat for a pedicure, then I sat in the cold water for 15 minutes… I had to leave and they still charged me the whole amount even though they barely did anything. Super disappointed, will not be coming back.

I can't express how lovely a time I had at Beauty Lounge Wonderful experience today, clean shop, I got a gel french tip. I let they know my wedding was in a few days, and they took extra care to apply another topcoat so the shine would last Great customer service and awesome vibes!

Lack of detail when it comes to doing nails. Multiple times I left with issues with my nails, poor designs with edges not filled in or colors deeps enough, crooked nails and bad cuts. Not to mention they make up a new price for me each time I get my nails done it’s never consistent.

They did GREAT in the mani and they did great on the SNS. They were so nice and my nails loved every moment. I continue to return to this salon because of their amazing nail technicians.

It made it so polished! I've never waited more than a few minutes for anything. My nails turned out wonderful! I’ve gotten so many comments!
