Actually, I never got to experience it to find out. I was able to go online to book a reservation. Then I showed up for the reservation. The place was closed up. No sign on the door no nothing. So I would say it pretty much sucks.

Venesa gave me a terrific manicure and pedicure. Because this is an appointment only salon, she was able to take her time and her attention to detail was fantastic. The salon itself is calm and clean. Will be back for sure!

She’s very friendly answers any and all your questions and she makes you feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend BB lounge to any that ask for any recommendations to enhancing their beauty to another level 🤍

Gabi outdid herself with my hair! I really don't cut my hair here in the tucson area, but I've known gabi and trusted her with my hair. AND I LOVED IT!!! new go to spot! definitely recommend her! Ask for gabi cossio, she is amazing and super witty too

Hunter is very good and super friendly. My sister cuts my hair when I can get to Chicago a few times a year so I am always comparing stylist to her work. I had a very hard time finding someone in Tucson who able to cut my hair well. I found Hunter by reading google/yelp reviews and agree with other reviewers that she does a great job. Update: 1/5/21: Hunter is no longer a stylist at this salon. I saw Byanca for the first time a few weeks ago. Covid 19 has made travel to Chicago nearly impossible so I needed to find someone to cut my hair locally. I was very hesitant to try a new person, but Google reviews were positive so I gave it a shot. Was happy with Byanca and will not hesitate to schedule again if needed.

Not very good experience went in for a Bayalage and walked out a blonde ,plus I was there five and half hours and 3 hours the next day and my still looked the same

Wish I would have spent my $250 elsewhere! I came here three days ago for a cut and highlight/lowlights... I left with more split ends and broken ends than I started with and blonde-ish hair. As for what with wrong with simple highlights and lowlights, I think the girl just didn’t feel like listening to me and decided to make my hair color look like the photo of the cut I wanted. It’s so dark inside this salon and by the time she curled my hair it was hard to tell what it looked liked. I would go back to have it fixed (my 1st haircut here was great) but I’m out of town for a month, which she knew. At least I have the relief of knowing she will be quitting this week and if I ever decide to return she won’t be there.

I have fine, curly hair and have had very few good haircuts. I called The Beauty Lounge and explained my hair type and was set up an appointment with Hunter. I told her I didn't really know what I wanted, which is probably incredibly annoying for a stylist, but she was very helpful and asked me questions to figure out what I needed/wanted. I am extremely low maintenance and don't like to spend time doing my hair so I kind of need my haircut to do the work for me. Hunter did such a beautiful job on my hair, I'm so happy! She also taught me how to use a blow dryer with a diffuser... Like I said, low maintenance. Thank you so much, Hunter! I appreciate your help and kindness and will definitely come to you for my future hair cuts.

Love this salon! My stylist is Sonya and I absolutely love her work. The manager runs a beautiful salon with great talent. I feel like when i leave a salon i should feel amazing,which I do, but i also feel great the following days. Gorgeous layout. High quality products. Educated staff that truly love their profession. Highly recommend. Ask for Sonya and tell her Andrea sent you. Take her a picture and she will get you that exact look. Super talented! These pics are from my moat recent cut.

This place is a miracle worker! I would refer Liz to all of you. I went in there with red hair wanting to become a blonde. I was satisfied with the outcome but she insisted that she could make it blonder. She told me if "I'm not happy with the outcome, your not getting out of my chair." She missed going out to dinner to stay longer and re-bleach my hair. She made conversation and made me feel like I was beautiful. I was extremely happy with the way they all treated me.

Wish I could rate this 2.5 stars, I didn't hate my experience but I did have high expectations from the stylists because of the ratings I read. I just got a haircut here, but I might have gotten a newbie hairstylist because the cut is good but not great. I asked for layers, and didn't get that. If you need to save money, I would recommend but if you have the money to go somewhere else I would go somewhere else. The hairstylist didn't even style my hair after cutting it either and she didn't blow it out as I wanted. She didn't put that much effort into it. Eventhough I just got a haircut I spent 1hr and 30 in the salon.....other places have spent about 45 minutes on my hair cuts. The salon is alright, nothing extraordinary as many claim it to be.

I have curly hair and it can be hard to find someone who cuts it right. Elizabeth did a great job on my hair, it's perfect. She took her time and was very thorough. I'll definitely be going back to Elizabeth for my next cut. On top of a fantastic stylist, the place is nice and their price for a men's cut is actually reasonable.
