From the moment I walked in, the she made me feel comfortable and at ease. The salon was clean, welcoming, and professional. My esthetician, Jeni, was fantastic—she explained the process thoroughly, ensuring I knew what to expect. She was gentle and meticulous, which made the whole experience much more comfortable than I anticipated. The wax was applied and removed smoothly, and although there was some discomfort (as expected), it was quick and manageable. What really stood out to me was the aftercare advice she provided, which helped minimize any irritation. I’ve had waxing done before at other places, but this was definitely the best experience. My skin feels smooth and soft, and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! This was my first time booking with Jenise, and I intend on coming back. The atmosphere and her demeanor were both very calming/inviting. She was attentive to my wants and informative about future services I was interested in. She even gave me a mock brow lamination (with wax) so l'd know what to expect if l decided to go forward with one, which I appreciated. I went to her for a brow lift that turned out great. The price was fair with great results. Definitely will be back!

I absolutely loved the service! The shop has such an amazing vibe, and she makes everything feel personalized while making sure you're always comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely recommend for anyone, and I can't wait to go back again!

I received an express dermaplan and if you have not book with Jenni please do! She was professional very knowledgeable and such a comfortable environment! She is thorough and highly skilled in esthetics. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and glowing skin. Looking forward to my next service! 😘

JeNise, with Beauty Mansion is extremely skilled! My facial was ABSOLUTELY the best I’ve ever experienced! JeNise was very thorough and detailed with my problem areas, and I usually endure pain during extractions, but I experience ZERO! Her techniques are soothing, and she keeps you very informed of next steps as she perfects her craft. Very professional and empathetic to what you would like to see accomplished, and accommodating to the request of your skin. I will never go anywhere else for a facial, and I now have this service in my monthly budget, as it is a MUST have from Beauty Mansion!

love coming to jeni she’s the only one i trust. i got a brazilian for the first time and she made the experience so comfortable and got it done so fast the pain was minimum for me. and results were perfect🥰
